    ~Christopher’s POV~


    I made a sneering remark.


    This woman is without remorse. To deal with her effectively, I must strike her where it hurts the most.


    I’m uncertain what she desires of me. However, love was not what she desired. She desired


    something, which is why she returned. I stared at her and began to wonder what I had seen in her in
