Chapter 331
Chapter 331
Hayley knew very well that once a man like Nichs got serious, he would absolutely be loyal to his feelings. And she needed a
man like this in her life.
A hint of resolution sparked in her beautiful eyes as she stared in the direction where Nichs had disappeared. “I will win you
over!”
In Dynasty Gardens, Nichs heard the sound of a violining from the second floor as soon as he entered the living room.
At this moment, Andrew came over respectfully. “Master Nichs, you’re back.”
Nichs nodded and handed over the briefcase in his hand. After that, he asked, “Is Greg practicing his violin upstairs?”
“Yes. The young master started practicing in the music room this afternoon. Then, after he had his dinner, he went into the music
room again.”
Nichs was quite surprised as he listened to Andrew’s reply. He was astonished because Gregory had not touched his violin
much since Tessa left.
Nichs made his way upstairs and then pushed the door into the music room.
“Daddy!” Gregory immediately put down his violin and trotted over happily as he saw Nichs enter the room. He hugged Nichs’
long legs. Then, he raised his head and asked, “Daddy, when did youe back?”
“Oh, I just came back. I heard you’re practicing your violin, so I came over to have a look.”
Nichs ruffled Gregory’s hair with his hand. His initially austere facial features softened. “Why did you start ying the violin
again?”
“Daddy, stop rubbing my head. You’re ruining my hairstyle!” Gregory immediately loosened his hold on Nichs’ thighs and
stepped aside to straighten the hair that Nichs messed up.
Nichs let out a heartyugh when he saw that and walked straight into the music room.
After straightening his hair, Gregory followed him. Then, he bragged in his soft and adorable voice and said, “Miss Tessa and I had
a video call during the day, and she even taught me a new song.”
When Nichs saw the arrogant look on Gregory’s face, his facial expression softened up even more. As a matter of fact, he had
already guessed that Gregory practicing his violin might have something to do with Tessa.
“So, was the song you yed a while ago a new song that you had just learned?”
“Yeah! Miss Tessa even sent me the music sheet and asked me to practice more.” Gregory looked at Nichs. His gaze was very
bright, as if there was starlight glimmering in his ck pupils.
After that, Nichs asked again, “Well then, how is your practiceing along?”
“Daddy, do you want to listen to me y?” Gregory blinked his big eyes and looked at Nichs cutely.
As he was interested in discovering Gregory’s violin skills, he nodded.
N?velDrama.Org owns this.
“Then I’ll y it for you.”
As Gregory said that, he picked up his violin and put it in between his neck and shoulders. Then, he started ying while looking at
the music score.
After Gregory yed for a while, Nichs finally recognized the song that he was ying. It was ‘A Time for Us’ and was supposed
to be a tender and romantic piece. But unfortunately, under Gregory’s rocky performance, Nichs did not feel any tender love or
romance that he was supposed to feel in this piece. Instead, Gregory had somewhat ruined such a good piece of music with his
unskilled performance and made him chuckle in amusement.
I didn’t expect Tessa to teach him such a difficult music score remotely. Isn’t this too difficult for Greg?
When he heard sounds ofughter, Gregory immediately stopped ying. Then, puffing up his cheeks in anger, he red at
Nichs.
Nichs knew then that hisughter had angered Gregory. He thenplimented Gregory with a light cough while suppressing his
laugh, “Your violin skill is all right. It’s quite good.”
There was a noticeable tint of disdain in Gregory’s eyes as he heard Nichs’
insincerepliment.
“Who says it’s good? I can’t even finish ying the whole song without pausing here and there. You only know how to coax me like
I’m a child,” Gregory retorted.
Meanwhile, in Vienna, Tessa had a good night’s sleep until dawn in her apartment. However, when she finally got up and had a
good stretch, she was a little stunned when she looked at the unfamiliar yet familiar environment, followed by a sense of loss that
crept into her heart.
I have lived in this apartment for several days. But Timothy, Greg, and even Nichs are not here. I keep feeling that something is
missing. Although I have made up my mind to work hard, I can’t help but miss them.
“What should I do? I really want to go back,” Tessa whispered as she hung her head.
In an instant, the atmosphere in the room also turned gloomy. But fortunately, her emotions came and went very quickly.
