<span style="font-weight:400">Keith wasn''t focused as he stared at the rib-eye steak. His eyes locked onto it. The marbling on the meat was especially vibrant on this cut.
<span style="font-weight:400">This is better than fine marbling. Keith was in awe.
<span style="font-weight:400">To get a great crust on the steak, pat dry the meat. Keith took some paper and dried any moisture. Any moisture would kill the crust. He seasoned the steak like he did with the New York Strip.
<span style="font-weight:400">Once he did that, he drizzled some oil into the pan.
<span style="font-weight:400">Like that, he ced the steak on.
<span style="font-weight:400">Everyone could hear a resounding sizzle from the pan. Give the steak a few minutes to sear on both sides. Keith flipped it over. A rich brown-golden sear was on the steak. Keith seared all sides of the meat before cing some butter into the pan.
<span style="font-weight:400">He wasn''t done as he added the rose nt and other herbs.
<span style="font-weight:400">"!" The nose of everyone twitched. That aroma! Keith didn''t notice the expressions the other had. He basted the steak with melted butter and herbs. Slowly, the smell started to intensify.
<span style="font-weight:400">"Grhhh!" Cadmus held himself back. He was grunting and gritting his teeth as he stared at the pan.
<span style="font-weight:400">"Hold it," Sohma and Aidiun grabbed his shoulder. This man was going to pounce!
<span style="font-weight:400">"I know!" Cadmus understood. He was going to wait for the finished product to be served! Waiting was a tortuous game. Keith took the steaks off the pan, letting it rest.
<span style="font-weight:400">I need to cook that. Keith took some asparagus out. It was time to taste them. Diana helped him grow it as soon as possible. And it was a great vegetable to pair with the steak. He ced them into the steak pan.
<span style="font-weight:400">It absorbed the mixture of herbs, butter, and steak juice!
<span style="font-weight:400">After Keith finished, he tossed the roasted vegetables onto the te. He ced all the steaks onto a te. The sides were asparagus and roasted vegetables.
<span style="font-weight:400">"Alright, we can eat!" Keith smiled. Like that, the others didn''t hesitate as they started to eat!
<span style="font-weight:400">"So delicious!"
<span style="font-weight:400">"The rib-eye is more tender than the cubed steaks!"
<span style="font-weight:400">"The taste is so amazing!"
<span style="font-weight:400">Everyone was screaming like no tomorrow as they ate. Keithughed at the sight. But he was eating with a happy expression. The meat was incredible.
