Bonnie didn’t do anything to me. She seemed to be here just to threaten me. I furrowed my brows as I
watched her hurriedly leave.
I was worried not only about myself but also about my parents.
I rushed to the hospital to check on my mom and reminded the caretaker to be wary of strangers.
“Hey, Irene, what brings you to the hospital? Are you here to see Nel?” As soon as I stepped into the
elevator, I saw Kitty.
She was holding a takeout box.
I shook my head, “No, I have other things to do.”
