    “What on earth are you thinking about while driving? Dreaming about Russel?” Neil had no intention of


    leaving. He leaned on the car window and stared at me with cold and mocking eyes.

    “She’s smart and resourceful. Plus, she’s got you, her maniptive boyfriend to back her up. Why


    wouldn’t I be?” I pushed the car door open.


    Neil finally let go, and I got out of the car.


    Neil was driving a Bentley today. Luckily, I was driving slowly near my house, so I only scratched the
