"Did he leave any message?" "No." Eason hesitated for a few seconds. Worrying that Catelyn couldn''t
stand the blow, he continued, "Mrs. Mason, you are now in the mansion, right? Is there anyone with
you? Please don''t do anything stupid."
Catelyn knew that Eason was concerned about her. She didn''t say anything more, but asked the
housekeeper to take good care of her two children, and then she drove to the underground parking lot
of the theme park.
She didn''t even care to change her shoes. She just wore a pair of slippers, and after getting off the car,

of Area F to call Eason. Just after she took out her mobile phone, Eason''s phone number shed on
the screen.
She put through the phone at once. "I have been to the parking lot. Where are you? Have you found
Ceddy?"
"Mrs. Mason, I just want to report to you! Mr. Mason is fine. It''s just a smoke bomb, and he is now in the
Pioneer Hospital..."
Catelyn was racked by doubts.
Since Cedrick was fine, why was he in the hospital now?
Without much exnation, Eason bluntly said that she would understand everything when she saw
Cedrick.
At the Pioneer Hospital.
Cedrick was lying in the most luxurious VIP ward. His head was slightly injured and he was still in a
coma.
Eason was waiting outside the ward.
"Eason, what''s going on? Is Ceddy injured?" Catelyn asked anxiously.
Eason shook his head and told Catelyn what had happened.
Before falling into aa, Cedrick told Eason that the bomb was arranged by Mr. Denham, who had
also taken away Jennie!
As Catelyn had guessed, Mr. Denham noticed that there was no private detective and that Cedrick had
arranged everything to deliberately lead him out.
Therefore, Mr. Denham pretended to be deceived by their n and made another deal with Cedrick
before going to the theme park.
The two sides agreed not to hurt Catelyn and Jennie. Mr. Denham was not short of power but short of
money. As long as Cedrick could give him a huge sum of money, Mr. Denham would promise to return
Jennie to Catelyn.
