Xander narrowed his eyes as he took a look at Aaron''s favorite car, which had been vandalized, before
turning to Nina. “Do you know that this is illegal? There will be legal consequences for vandalizing
someone else''s car,” he said in a cold voice.
Nina remained stubborn and denied any wrongdoing. “Mind your own business, will you? Did you see
me vandalizing this car? I''m telling you, let me go. Or else, I''m suing you for being a pervert!”
Nina had carefully surveyed her surroundings before vandalizing the car. No one was around when she
was doing the deed, and the corner was a blind spot for surveince cameras.
She felt very lucky at the moment.

With the press of a button, the screen of the watch lit up and started ying a video of the entire
process of Nina vandalizing the car.
Xander had been on his way back from a market survey with his subordinates when he passed by the
parking lot and saw Aaron''s car being vandalized.
He observed that the young girl who was vandalizing Aaron''s car seemed to harbor a lot of hatred

Xander gave Nina a once-over, taking in her youthful appearance and theck of makeup on her face.
She looks very young and doesn''t have any makeup on. I think she''s still a minor. Aaron usually goes

Xander suddenly let out a low chuckle as if he had just heard the funniest joke ever.
Nina''s heart began to race when she saw his beguiling smile.
The man was already charming enough, and the seductive smile etched across his handsome
countenance almost took Nina''s breath away.
Nina quickly shifted her gaze to prevent herself from ogling at his enchanting looks.
She didn''t think she said anything funny, so she felt embarrassed and humiliated when the man
laughed mockingly at herment.
Nina decided to face him head-on and said through gritted teeth, “I don''t care what rtionship you
have with the owner of this car. I''m the one who vandalized it, so what are you going to do about it? Are
you going to ask me to pay up?”
Xander''sughter stopped abruptly. A devilish smirk yed on the corner of his lips. “This is my
brother''s new car, a Bugatti Veyron. He bought it for thirty million. You can pay a tenth of the original
price.”
“So you''re that b*stard''s brother. No wonder you''re so despicable!” Nina harrumphed while mentally
calcting thepensation money she would have to pay.
A tenth of the original price. That would be thirty million... F*ck! Where am I going to get the money to
compensate him for his loss?

“Ah! Help! Pervert!” Nina suddenly shouted when she saw a few passers-by. She tried to aim a kick at

Nina wailed in despair. What a cold world we live in today. What is Aaron''s brother going to do with
me? He wouldn''t be that kind since he shared the same blood with that b*stard brother of his.
She struggled in fear as she recalled the things Aaron did to her, scattering her takeout all over the
ground.
Meanwhile, Avery was still lying on the hospital bed waiting anxiously for Nina''s return.
She''s always so reckless. I hope nothing happens to her...
Upon noticing how worried his granddaughter was, ke consoled her, “Don''t worry, your Aunt Alina
and Nina will return soon.”
Just as ke finished speaking, Alina entered the ward with a bag of takeout.
She ced the food on the table and frowned. “I''ve looked all over for Nina but couldn''t find her. I
decided to bring the food back first for fear that you would go hungry.”
“Nina always has her phone with her. Where has she gone?” Avery''s heart dropped.
Suddenly, her phone rang. She immediately answered the call upon seeing that it was from an
unknown number. “Hello? Who is this?”
“Avery, this is Xander. Nina is your friend, right? She''s in big trouble right now.”
Avery''s heart lurched with dread. What in the world did Nina do to upset Xander?
