    Summer’s face darkened as she stood up, her voice equally frosty. “Mind your manners when you talk

    Mirabe sneered, “You don’t know, or you’re just scared to admit it?”


    Summer’s brows knitted tightly in frustration.


    Madeline was caught off guard by Mirabe’s direct approach. She was clearly here because of that

    knowledge.
