Chapter 1821
Chapter 1821 Aurora’s Good Mood
Afterward, Ian seemed tough as he said something to the girl, and then she turned to look at Cindy in
the car. Cindy had no expression on her face, feeling neither guilty nor pleased.
This youngdy is quite pitiful. She had fallen in love but had lost herself.
The girl stared at Cindy for a long time, then turned around and said something to Ian. Heughed so
hard that Cindy saw his shoulders shaking. Hisughter made the girl look even more upset. After
ring at Ian for a moment more, she then turned around and left.
At that, Cindy raised her brows. She didn''t expect the matter to be resolved so quickly, and it only took
five minutes. Ian waited for a while, then turned around and got into the car.
Property belongs to N?vel(D)r/ama.Org.
Cindy was a little curious, so she asked, "What did you two talk about?"
Ian didn''t seem to take it seriously. "I didn''t say anything. She regarded Peter as a treasure, yet that
man is nothing in my eyes."
When he said this, Cindy vaguely thought of something. She had wanted to point out to that girlst
time that if Peter and Ian stood together, those who had eyes and brains would choose Ian, and she
would be crazy to give up Ian and choose Peter instead. However, she did not say so to that girl in the
end. Now she realized that Ian probably did not hold back.
Hence, Cindy alsoughed. "Well, if you talked to her like this, she probably won''t bother us again in
the future."
In fact, there was no so-called future, as they would leave tomorrow.
s! How I hope she will figure things out on her own in the future.
Soon, Ian and Cindy reached home and went upstairs. As soon as the door opened, they saw Aurora
dancing alone in the living room. She had found a music yer and was dancing to popr songs of
her era in the living room by herself. Ian and Cindy stood at the door and looked at each other but did
not go in immediately.
Aurora knew they were here, but she didn''t stop. "Is everything done over there?" she asked.
“Yes.” After a tiny pause, Ian couldn’t help but ask, "What''s this about? Are you so happy that he''s
buried today?"
Aurora chuckled. "No, it has nothing to do with him. I read the script today, and there is a section where
I dance. I think it''s good for me to practice now."
Ian and Cindy then walked toward the living room. Cindy went to sit on the sofa, turned around, andy
on the couch to look at Aurora. Perhaps ssical music had a charm of its own, for Aurora shined ever
so brightly as she waltzed beautifully along with the elegant tune.
Aurora waited for the song to end before she stopped. Then, she rearranged her hair and came over to
drink a ss of water. "Was there no trouble over there?"
Cindy knew who she was talking about, so she answered, "No, they didn''t show up today."
Auroraughed, put down the ss, and then tied up her hair. "It seems that she gave up on the old
boy."
Then she turned around to go back to the room to get changed. "That''s good. I feel more at ease with
them like that."
Cindy pursed her lips as she watched Aurora disappear into the room, and then she turned to look at
Ian. "Someone’s in a good mood."
Ian nodded. "I know, right."
Aurora was not pretending nor forcing it; for the first time in many years, she was truly happy.
Having gotten up early and been busy all morning, Cindy and Ian tidied up a little and went to have a
nap. However, it was not long before Cindy was woken up by the ringing of the phone next to her. She
squinted and grabbed the phone to check it, only to find that it was a voice call from Peter.
Cindy understood why he was calling her, and she had nothing to avoid him for, so she just answered
the phone.
When the call connected, Peter spoke first. "I heard that Wanda went looking for you."
