With reddened eyes, Ian requested reluctantly, “Can I still be on duty for onest day today? I promise
not to disturb your life again.”
It was only for a day, and Sheena did not mind it.
“Fine.”
Ian left dejectedly.
As soon as he left, Ford rushed in, “Miss, your phone has been on silenttely, so Ms. Peterson hasn’t
been able to reach you. She just sent someone to inform you that Wilfred has been causing trouble at
the Freeman Group, demanding you forfeit control.”
