Chapter 1898 Didn’t Want to Take Credit

bed.
He took the phone over to notice that it was a call from Gary.
After hesitating for a while, Ian picked up the call and greeted, “Hello, Mr. Frye.”
At the same time, Gary was surprised because he didn’t expect Ian to pick up the call, so he paused for
a few seconds before he greeted as well, “Hey, Mr. Morgan.”
Ian hummed in acknowledgment. “Do you need anything, Mr. Frye?”
Gary chuckled. “Well, it’s nothing important. I just wanted to ask Ms. Selby how her interview went.”
Ian answered casually, “She’s doing alright, so you don’t have to worry.”
Ian believed that Gary knew Cindy’s job search. When he apanied Cindy to get interviewed, he
could tell that the girl who interviewed Cindy wasn’t enthusiastic about hiring her at all.
However, Cindy told him the girl’s attitude took a drastic change the next day, and she offered to hire
Cindy after a while.

As Gary was really nice toward Cindy, Ian figured that it could be possible for him to help Cindy out
secretly.
