Quincy cried and tried to hug Wyatt, but the moment he saw her, he thought of that scene of Quincy in the bathroom with Jonathan, and even though he knew she had been drugged, he still felt very ufortable.
When she got pushed away by Wyatt, Quincy felt <b>hate </b>rise up in her <b>and </b>she looked at Wyatt with tears in her eyes, her lips trembling as she said, “Wyatt, do you hate me now? I didn’t mean to do this, it’s all my sister’s fault!”
Wyatt looked at Calista and asked coldly, “Was it really you?”
Calista didn’t say anything, so Yelena decided to make a scene, her voice loud and high pitched.
“If it’s not her, who else? She’s already mentally <b>ill </b>and never saw Quincy as her younger sister. This all happened in her room too. If she wasn’t the one, then you mean Quincy drugged herself and then went to get involved with that scoundrel?”
And Quincy has also said that when she helped Calista back to her room, Calista looked like she had lost consciousness. But when Jonathan was taking advantage of Quincy after she had lost control of herself, Calista disappeared. If Calista wasn’t trying to harm Quincy, she would have gone to stop this from happening when she heard noises in the bathroom! Why did she run out of the room? What sort of elder sister is she?”
These were the very words that made Benedict start to suspect his elder daughter as well. If she didn’t have any ill intentions, why did his older daughter not help his younger daughter, and instead watched as Quincy got hurt by that awful man?
Wyatt had nothing to say to this. He was quite sure that Calista had deliberately allowed it to happen. But he wasn’t sure if the drugs were added by Calista or not. If it was really her, then Calista must be really mad…
Calista watched all this unfold before her eyes, and madness shed in her eyes.
“<b>Yes</b>, I’m the one who called a huge bunch of people to watch this footage, I’m the one who installed a CCTV in my own <b>room</b>, and then waited for Mrs. Stafford to broadcast this in front of everybody. If Quincy hadn’t called so many people over, and Mrs. Stafford had stayed quietly at her parents‘ ce and not suddenly barge in and insist on watching the footage there and then, who would have seen any of this? You mean I <b>forced </b><b>you </b>all <b>to </b>do this?”
Benedict was about to speak when Calista immediately cut him off.
“Dad, you’ve lived forty <b>over </b>years, can’t you use your brain for once? You <b>think </b>Quincy invited so many people over only to embarrass herself? No! She wanted them to see ME embarrass myself! Mrs. Stafford was supposed to be <b>at </b>her parents‘ ce, so why did she suddenlye home and y this footage? Besides, the drugs that Quincy took are illegal substances and the police have sent people to investigate. already, so I’m sure we’ll know immediately who was trying to harm others.”
At this moment, a police officer walked in and saluted Wyatt, then got grabbed by Yelena. “Do you have news for us?”
The man got a fright when he saw Yelena’s fierce expression.
