    That same day, another piece of news shocked Eastend.


    The true leader of Eastend’s underworld, Reuben Mack, came forward to im that he was the one


    who killed the Thirteen Guardians.


    Furthermore, he announced that he would no longer serve Mr. Quin and would join Zeke Williams


    instead.

    Reuben, while the other was under the care of the Thirteen Guardians.
