Half a dayter, James arrived at Mount Tai.
Retracing his steps, he headed to the ravine where the Chamber of Scriptures was located. He
dived into the water, entered the underground cave, and arrived outside the Chamber of Scriptures.
He pushed open the stone door and entered the tower’s first floor.
The first floor was empty.
James shouted while looking around, “Ms. Custodian! Are you there, Ms. Custodian? It’s James. I
need to speak with you.”

At that moment, there was a sh of white that slowly descended to the ground, revealing the image
of a woman in a white dress.
She was tall with a delicate and beautiful appearance, giving off an ethereal aura.
“What is it?”
Her voice was airy and pleasant to the ears.
James asked, “Where’s Thea? I’d like to see her.”
“Thea is purifying her Demonic Energy underground and is indisposed to see visitors at the
moment.”
“It’s urgent. I must see her.”
The woman pursed her lips for a moment and said, “Alright. I’ll bring you to her.”
She casually waved her hand, and strong True Energy flowed from her sleeves, engulfing James.
James felt his vision go blurry as they vanished from the spot.
The next thing he knew, he had appeared in an unfamiliar ce.
“Wha—?” James was startled.
What kind of magic did she use?
Teleportation?
Despite almost bing a Supernatural, he had difficulty figuring out how the custodian had
transported them.

They were in an underground cavern surrounded by rocks. In the front was a strange round altar
that looked like an Eight Trigram.
A woman sat in a lotus position in the center of the altar.
It was Thea.

James immediately rushed over after noticing her.

bubbled violently causing blood to gush out James’ moth.
Thea sensed something happening around her and opened her eyes. Seeing James, she stood up
and walked over to support James, who had spat out blood.
She asked perplexedly, “Honey, why are you here? Are you alright?”
James gently waved his hand and said, “I’m fine. Something’s happened.”
“What is it?” asked Thea.
James said gravely, “Winnie was kidnapped.”
“What?”
Thea was in distress as she asked, “What happened? How did Winnie get kidnapped?”
James exined what had happened.
“I still haven’t found out where Maxine has taken Winnie. Henry is doing his best to track her down.
Maxine’s condition for Winnie’s return is for me to marry three women and remain married for three
years.”
“...”
Hearing James’ exnation, Thea’s mind was a mess.
“What are you saying? Maxine captured Winnie and is forcing you to marry three women? Who is
she asking you to marry?”
“Her, Tiara, and Cynthia.”
“Pfft.”
Thea burst outughing.
“How can youugh in such a dire situation?”
“It’s a pretty good deal for you. Why did youe looking for me? Hurry up and ept her
proposal. If anything happens to Winnie, I won’t forgive you.”

Thea pushed James, urging him to leave.
“Wait, Thea…”
James stopped and asked sincerely, “I couldn’te up with any proper ns, so I came to discuss
it with you.”
Thea replied earnestly, “Go ahead and marry them. I mean… It’s fine as long as our child is safe.
Plus, I’m going to stay here for a long time. It might take longer than eight to ten years. How can
