Chapter 3079 Waterspout
Quinley was in her room when she heard Zordey knocking on her door, saying obsequiously, “Have
you had enough rest, Ms. Tall? Daunting Tides is up ahead, and it''s a magnificent sight! Would you
like to go to the deck and check it out?”
Hearing that, Quinley immediately opened the door. When Zordey saw her, he greeted her with a
simpering smile.
“Please hold on a moment,” Quinley said and went to get Jared and Cloud. She didn''t know what
Daunting Tides was, so she wanted the other two to check it out together.
“Daunting Tides? What''s that?” Jared asked Zordey puzzledly.
“Oh! It''s a stretch of sea, but there are undercurrents and whirlpools in this area all year round.
Besides, there are also massive demon beasts kicking up waves, so it''s very dangerous. All the
spirit ships have difficulty passing this stretch of sea, so it''s called Daunting Tides. However, you
guys shouldn''t feel worried. We''re on thergest spirit ship, so those undercurrents and whirlpools
won''t affect us! There are plenty of people on the deck now. If you''re lucky, you''ll see a waterspout.
The Night Sea is a dangerous ce, but the scenery here is amazing.” Zordey tried his best to hype
the ce up because he desperately wanted Quinley to go to the deck with him.
Jared''s interest was piqued when he heard those words. Hence, he nodded and said, “Sure! Let''s
head to the deck!”
Thrilled, Zordey led the way. To his dismay, Quinley grabbed Jared''s arm while walking toward the
deck.
Zordey froze momentarily when he saw that, but he felt relieved a few secondster. They''re
siblings, so it''s only natural for them to be close to each other!
The deck was rather crowded when they arrived there.
In the crowd, Jared saw the couple once again. When they spotted him, they merely exchanged a
look with Jared before averting their gazes.
“Ms. Tall, look! Look at the whirlpools in the Night Sea! What an amazing sight!” Zordey said
excitedly.
ncing out at the sea, Jared and the others saw countless whirlpools swirling in the waters,
seeming to devour everything.
Those whirlpools varied in size and were aggressively pulling everything in the area inward.
Yet, the spirit ship the group was on wasn''t affected. In fact, when the ship sailed over the
whirlpools, the whirlpools were dissipated in an instant.
Not only was the spirit ship huge, but it was also protected by an arcane array, which made the
vessel shine faintly. Hence, the whirlpools couldn''t pull the ship in, and the passengers had nothing
to worry about.
“Do you see, Ms. Tall? Our spirit ship is thergest and safest. You have nothing to be afraid of!”
Zordey boasted, acting as though he owned the spirit ship.
Suddenly, a massive ck cloud appeared out of nowhere and blocked the sunlight.

The sea was as dark as the sky, and it looked as though the spirit ship was sailing inplete
darkness.
“That''s a waterspout! Look! That''s a waterspout!” someone shouted.
In the next second, everyone on the deck turned toward the bow of the spirit ship. There, they saw
a huge column of water shooting up into the sky.
Since the water in the Night Sea was ck, there was a ck water column shooting up into the
dark clouds.
While everyone''s attention was drawn to the waterspout, huge water bubbles appeared around the
spirit ship.
No one noticed the bubbles because they were all fascinated by the waterspout.
In no time, numerous gigantic turtles showed up among the huge water bubbles.
The turtles were humongous, and there were dozens of them.
The turtles had the spirit ship surrounded, and the ship soon lost its speed. In the end, it even came
to aplete stop.
