Her eyes widened in rage, and she began to cry violently. Surely, she was fuming with rage.
I stared at the white wolf under my b*ody, I couldn’t help but feel a twinge of familiarity. An idea popped
in my head and I couldn’t get rid of it, so I blurted it out unconsciously.
She had calmed down a little, but she suddenly reverted to her old, vicious self. Her limbs kicked wildly.
Since I wasn’t paying close enough attention, she managed to escape. She quickly slipped away.
Subconsciously, I reached out to grab her, but she had already assumed her human form. All of a
sudden, I reached out and grasped Crystal’s ankle. She lost her footing and was about to hit the sharp
edge of the table.
I rushed forward to protect her from getting hurt.
In a moment of fear, Crystal grasped both of my arms. She staggered, causing me to fall down with her.
As a precaution, I reached out my hand so that it would shield the back of her head. Amidst all this
chaos, both Crystal and I fell to the ground, and our lips clung to each other.
