Chapter 28 We are Family!


    It was a simple and private wedding held at the Davis Ranch in Gilroy, California of Ari and Hannah.


    Only the closest friends and family are present to witness such an important event in Hannah and Ari''s


    life.  It was officiated by a Catholic priest as both are practicing Catholicism.  Decorations was


    organized by Hannah''s friends and the reception are was done by Ari''s colleagues and friends.


    Everyone contributed to the sess of this union.It was sunny, a little chilly some patches of clouds on


    the sky when the wedding took ce in a beautiful garden with flying butterflies and colored fishes on


    the small fishpond at the ranch.  The music was the song "Perfect" by Ed Sheeran.


    Chie was the matron of honor #1;


    Gie #2;


    Coney #3;


    Veil was assigned to Nel and Ody;


    Cord was assigned to Ley and Miko;


    Candle was assigned to Susan and Icon


    Ring bearer was Aaron and Flower girls was Shasha and Bem.

    It was a perfect day to have a wedding so private and yet well celebrated. Ari and Hannah wrote their


    own marriage vows:


    Hannah....I promise to always remember that you are the love of my life. That you may sometimes


    make decisions by yourself, being an independent woman. I know that you do these things because


    you care so deeply about those who are close to you. You are genuinely one of the most thoughtful and


    considerate people I have ever known.  Thank you for your forgiveness and understanding. Today, I


    promise to love you forever.


    Ari.... Long time ago I met the love of my life in you, you are my number one. You make me smile with


    your corny jokes. I promise to make you smile as much as you make me smile.  I promise to love your


    son Aaron as my own.  I also promise to pretend not to be annoyed when you''re ying majhong and


    cards.  I will still feed you and your friends with my famous tea sandwiches and caramel


    machiato.Everyoneugh hearing the marriage vows.When the priest announces that "You may kiss


    the bride"....Ari kissed Hannah passionately until she was gasping for breath.


    The crowds were cheering in excitement. The reception was held in a makeshift tent to amodate


    75 attendees including children.  The meal was catered by the famous wedding caterer in Gilroy-


    Yellow Ribbon catering.  The towering cake was a gift from Ari''s business colleagues from the famous


    Goldilocks and the 3 bears bakery. It was the happiest time for the newly wed, their family and friends,


    especially Aaron.  He was excited to have a Mom now.The Davis family was so happy, atst Ari is


    settled with the love of his life. They are all content and excited. They adored Hannah. She is the only


    one who can control Ari.  Hannah''s family was happy too.  Finally, she found someone to grow old


    with. Ima proposed a toast to the newly wed.....Congrattions to my dear Ari, you turned your life


    around.  I am so proud of you! Thank you Hannah for your patient, understanding and forgiveness. We


    love and adore you! Wee to the Davis family.

    Hannah''s family responded...A toast to the newly wed, from our family to yours and to the


    Davis''s....Our sister Hannah was reserved and feisty.  We were taken a back when we knew that she


    was dating then not dating again, then dating again with the same guy- Ari Davis. We thought that she


    will grow old by herself.  She have children but already married.  We, her siblings are all married as


    well. We are happy and ted that finally she found someone to grow old with.  Cheers to  Ari and to

    you for the effort to make this event a very special one and the love you all have for Hannah..I hope


    you guys will include me in the circle of trust, I am married to her now hahaha....To my family, thank you


    for the patient and understanding.  Yes, Ima...I am a changed man now, thanks to this woman standing


    beside me. Everyone knew our love story, it''s not perfect, the bumps on the road we passed was not


    easy, it was challenging, full of surprises and frustrations.  So many times Hannah was disappointed on


    me.  I did not give up on pursuing her, I know she''s the one. My heart belongs to her only. We wish you


    all the happiness and Thank you for witnessing our very special moment. We are Family!
