62. Part 1.
Alpha King Renard’s car picked up unexpected speed, after bidding goodbye to his twin who had
traveled with them to the border to say goodbye, causing the other four cars of his bodyguards to
closely pursue him. What had happened so suddenly? Why was his car acting like a raging bull? The
King had begun acting strangely as soon as they had crossed the border into the Sirius Bright Pack.
“Is something wrong, my king?” Beta Brian was perplexed. Throughout the meeting, he had watched
his King’s mind be disturbed. Renard’s jovial expression had been removed when they were
alone in the car while the Beta was driving for him. His true emotions were revealed. The smile he’d
been wearing in front of everyone during the evening had faded into a solemn face.
Brian had also noticed Renard’s desire to leave the Sirius Bright Pack after resolving Xavier and
Petra’s argument. Not to mention that he had arranged his niece’s wedding. The man, who hadn’t seen
his twin brother and favorite nephews in months, hadn’t wished to stay in their pack for the night?
Those facts were difficult for the Beta, who had spent thest 15 years serving his king, to ignore.
“Didn’t Stephen say that Luna Kiara and Luna Adlrae from the Ardara Moon Pack?” The old Alpha
King mumbled, his thoughts still drifting deep into his previous recollections. His eyes were cast outside
the window, but his thoughts were all over the ce.
“Yes, the sisters are Alpha Sawyer and Luna Martha’s daughters,” the Beta confirmed, noting his King’s
expressionless face from the corner of his eye. Was he missing something? Why did these sister worry
the old wolf so much? Those she-wolves seemed to be highly intelligent, but they appear to be
completely innocent. Neither of them had opened their mouths in front of the King when their mates
were talking, proving their excellent upbringing. They had been mind-linking their Alphas all the while
during the events of the evening, which was a part of a magnificent Luna. They had been advising and
assisting their soulmates without saying anything.
“Brian, change our route,” the king ordered.
“Where do you wish to go, my King? The Beta questioned in amazement. For a brief moment, he had
mistaken his return to the pce as news on his grandson’s escape. Jespen had been ced under
house arrest for a month as a punishment and to put him through detox for his addictions by his
Grandfather. The 25-year-old Alpha blood had done every drug that he could at his age.
The King was having his grandson treated by the doctor in the pce, but Jaspen had managed to
dodge the guards and fled half an hour ago. They had reported it to the King right away. The
bodyguards had been instructed to drag him back and beat him if he tried acting like a d**k. Alcohol
and drug use had turned the Alpha blood into a disgrace, so the King no longer saw him as an Alpha.
Even though Jespen was a spoiled addict, Brian was fully aware of Renard’s affections for his
grandson. Blood after all was thicker than water.
But it appears as if the King’s main concern just now was not his grandson, but something else.
“Please tell me where I need to drive,” he inquired once again.
“Drive me to the Ardara Moon Pack,” the Kingmanded, surprising his Beta.
It waste at night, around two in the morning. After the full moon party, all of the pack members were
resting in their homes with their families when the information provided by a woll positioned at the
border roused the pack. The Alpha King had arrived to visit their pack! Beta n clenched his teeth
and jumped out of his bedroom window. He was going to f*****g murder the people who were

rumors in the middle of the night and disrupted his sleep, but then he confirmed that the news was true!

Every pack member, no matter how low or high their status, stormed out of their home to present
themselves in greeting to the King. At the mention of the King, everyone’s slumber drifted away. They
waited for their Alpha and Luna to exit from the pack house as well. They were the only ones that could
handle the situation now.
Everyone worried whether they had done something wrong or broken any rules that had offended the
Alpha King and that was what had led him to their pack? The King’s arrival could not be regarded as
positive as the Ardara Moon Pack was small and had limited territory If the royals raise their finger, they
could easily be wiped away. Everyone was scared as they waited for their Alpha and Luna.
“What is happening?” Martha rushed out of the bedroom, holding her blouse, only to run straight into
Sawyer on the way. She’d only managed to put on her jeans because she’d been sleeping half nude
beneath the nkets as usual.
“It’s the Alpha King!” Sawyer whispered loudly while donning his t-shirt. Since Martha had refused to
sleep in the same room as her mate, they had been sleeping separately, but their rooms were on the
same floor and only a few steps apart. This ensured that the pack members were unaware of the
unresolved tension between their Alpha and Luna. She had shooed him away but the Alpha was quite
relentless! He would stay next door no matter how many bad things she said to him.
“We should hurry up,” the Luna panicked and was about to go downstairs when she felt her man’s

“First put on your blouse,” he demanded. “What?” she turned to look at him. He took the shirt from her
hand and put it over her body.
“Don’t walk around half naked. Only I have the right to see you like this,” the old Alpha stated, fixing her

special.
“Umm, we should go. The king is here,” she murmured as she drew back before they could kiss
properly. Sawyer chuckled as he watched his male flee before he could make another move on her. He
was certain he saw her cheeks flush
The Alpha followed Martha closely only to find the Alpha King wailing with his Beta and other
bodyguards.
“My King,” in front of the royals, the Alpha couple knelt on the ground with their pack members.
Everyone’s head was lowered in respect and eyes darted on the ground
“You may raise,” King Renard ordered. Sawyer and Martha followed hismand quickly.
“The Ardara Moon Pack wees the royal pack,” the Alpha and Luna greeted as they bowed once
again. The couple lifted their heads to gaze upon, for the first time, the Alpha King. They had the good
fortune of meeting him today. As predicted, his aura was exceedingly strong and menacing, causing
every wolf around him to obey. Alpha Sawyer, on the other hand, was stunned by his arrival Even
though the King did not need approval to enter anyone’s territory.
“My apologies, my king. We had no idea that the royal pack would be visiting us tonight. We did not
make preparations…”
“Alpha Sawyer, don’t worry I’vee to see you but not for hospitality for another reason,” the king
remarked. The old wolf was known for not beating around the bush. Martha and Sawyer exchange
anxious looks before returning their gaze to the King.
“Please, wee to our pack house,” Sawyer weed the Alpha King and his Beta toe inside
Renard had ordered the other bodyguards to remain outside
Renard quickly grabbed the center chair in the meeting room, while Sawyer and Martha took their
seats at his side.

only other person in the meeting room besides the Alpha and Luna.
“Please, Luna Martha, there is no need for any of that. I’vee to speak with you about your
daughters. I’ll leave as soon as I confirm a few things about them,”Renard began to exin.
“About my daughters? What is there to talk about?” When the King mentioned her daughter, a worried
Mother went into a panic. Sawyer’s ears perked up in astonishment as well. Why and how did the King
know about them?
“Is something wrong with them? What has happened to my Kiara and Adira?” Martha had be so
agitated that the king was unable 10 continue, so Sawyer wrapped his arm around her to keep her
emotions in check. All of the negative thoughts were tormenting her Adira had told her that her wedding
was tonight. She had sent her photos of her and her mate kissing, dancing and other things. The Luna

“Calm down, Martha Let the king speak. I believe that nothing has happened to them,” the Alpha
reassured his mate with a smile, before turning his worried gaze to Renard. It was difficult for the Alpha
to act casually in front of his woman because he was also terrified that something bad had happened to
their girls or why the King had personallye here to discuss them,
“Your mate is correct, Luna Martha. Just a few hours ago I went to Sirius Bright Pack to meet your
daughters and trust me they are perfectly fine and shining like the Moon with their mates,” Sawyer and

She immediately thanked the Moon Goddess for keeping her daughters safe.
“Then why do you need to talk to us about them, my King?” Sawyer asked, starting the
conversation
“Can you please tell me whether Luna Adira and Luna Kiara are your biological daughters?”
