Chapter 9: Masquerade ball preparations
"I must go now." I giggled. Grayson removed his hands from my ass and I jumped to the floor. He
intertwined his fingers with mine.
"I have to go to English ss and fetch my bag." I whined. I hate that I have to go into a ssroom and
everyone stares at me.
"I''ll go with you." he walked with me to English ss. I knocked on the door and Grayson just opened it.
"Rude." I red at him.
"Hi Mr Williams. I just wannae and fetch my bag if that''s fine." I grinned.
"Oh Danielle. Why aren''t you at your next ss already and I see you with Grayson?" he smirked and
raised his eyebrow.
Grayson red at him and growled. I giggled and walked into the ss and fetched my bag.
"Thanks." I said.
"No problem Danielle." he smiled.
I walked out the ssroom and walked to Math ss which was upstairs.
"So far." I groaned.
"Don''t bezy." Grayson rolled his eyes.
"Whatever." I said. Grayson smacked my ass hard.
"The fuck was that for?" I shouted.
"You spoke back and don''t raise your voice at me." he said calmly.
"I''m sorry." I said and ran up the stairs.
"Nice ass." Grayson smirked.
"Pervert." I giggled.
"Oh you love that side of me." he smirked.
Finally I reached Math ss.
"Bye Grayson." I giggled.
"Bye babygirl." he kissed my cheek and walked to his next ssroom.
I sat next to Jessica.
"Fuck girl you smell like cologne." Jessica chuckled. I blushed and looked at the teacher.
"Alright students. We as teachers have made an arrangement that we will be having a masquerade ball
next week." Mr Smith said.
"Yeah!!!" Most of the ss shouted.
"Oh my god!! You and I are going to do some girl shopping!!" Jessica practically shouted.
"Okay." I giggled.
"I don''t have a date." Jessica whined.
"Ask Niall." I smirked.
"As much as Niall is utterly adorable, I don''t think he likes me. I think he thinks of me more as a close
female friend." she whined.
"Well what about Shawn?"

"Fine." I giggled and took out my phone.

"Have you heard about the masquerade ball next week?"

"Have you thought about taking a date?"

I put my phone in my pocket.
"Luke wants to speak to you after school." I smirked.
"Oh my fudge!! really??" she shouted, drawing attention.

[After school]
I walked outside the building and saw Louis. I poked his side.
"Oh hey you." he smiled.
"Hey." I smiled back.
"Waiting for Grayson?" Louis touched my cheek.
"Uh yeah, and Jessica."
Louis hummed and started ying with my hair. Grayson walked out with Ethan and red at Louis.
"Hey baby." Grayson pulled me into a tight hug.
"Hey Grayson." I blushed and pulled away.
"Hey Danielle." Ethan pulled me into a hug and I heard Grayson growling. I red at Grayson and
hugged Ethan back.
"Don''t." Grayson growled at Ethan.
"Come Grayson. She''s basically like a sister to me now, since you two are a thing." Ethan rolled his
eyes and I tried to keep in augh.
"Still. Don''t." He snapped.
"Grayson stop please. He''s just being nice and if you carry on, I''ll go out of my way to hug Ethan." I
pleaded.
"Alright." he said.
Jessica and Luke came walking this way. "Bye sister." Luke pulled me in for a hug. I hugged him back
and he walked to Jessica.
He whispered something in Jessica''s ear. Jessica blushed heavily and smacked his arm, giggling. He
winked at the both of us and walked off to his car.
