Chapter 47- Epilogue

    Today is Diwali and Pari''s whole family hase to meet her and her little daughter.  Her family was


    craving to see her.


    Pari opened the main door of her house and found that her whole family is standing at the door with


    happy smiles.


    " Di!" Prisha said excitedly and hugged Pari tightly. Rajveer and Prima are standing beside Pari looking


    at everyone smilingly.


    " How are you, Prisha? I missed you so much," Pari asked getting emotional.


    Prisha replied patting her sister''s back," I am good, Di. I missed you too."


    After that, Pari''s other family members hugged her as well. Pari hugged her father and cried out loudly


    since she is seeing him after many days. Pari is still unaware of her father''s sin.


    Manish said to Pari kissing her forehead," My dear daughter, I missed you so much."


    Pari replied emotionally touching her father''s hairs," Your hairs have turned white. You should start


    using hair colours."


    Everybodyughed hearing Pari and Manish pulled his daughter''s cheeks affectionately.


    " I hope you are fine, Sasur ji," Rajveer said to Manish smirking who was standing nces from


    Rajveer.


    Manish gulped down his saliva and replied nervously," I am good."


    After that, Rajveer didn''t say anything to Manish and Manish also didn''t say anything to Rajveer. But,


    some kind of tension can be felt between them.


    Pari weed her whole family inside her house. They all seated in the living room area and started


    talking with each other. Servants started serving snacks for the guests.


    Manish was also talking with his daughter when he received a call. He excused himself and went to the


    balcony to receive the call.


    " Why are you calling me now? I am at my daughter''s house,"  Manish said lowering his voice.


    The other person said nagging," I was missing you. That''s why I called you. When will youe?"


    " I wille tomorrow," Manish said and cut the call. Well, it was a call from Manish''s 2nd wife. Pari is


    still unaware of her father''s 2nd marriage.


    Manish turned his head behind and found that Rajveer is standing at the door. He is leaning a little at


    the door stuffing his hands in his pant pocket. His signature smirk is stered on his lips.


    " How is my stepmother inw? Rajveer asked sarcastically and Manish didn''t pay attention to his


    sarcasm.


    Manish tried to ignore him by leaving the balcony. Before he could leave the balcony Rajveer stopped


    him on his path and said to irritate Manish," When I will meet my stepmother inw?


    " Kuch raj, raj hi rehna chahiye( Some mystery should remain a mystery). It''s good for both of us,"


    Manish said annoyingly and left Rajveer behind.


    Rajveer didn''t say anything further and smiled seeing Manish''s worried face. He doesn''t know why he


    feels so much good while irritating Manish.


    Raakshas is returning to the living room when he noticed that Abdul chacha ising out of Vedant''s


    room. His eyes are teary and sadness is clearly visible on his face.


    Rajveer went towards Abdul and rested his one hand on Abdul''s shoulder. He asked Abdul gently,"


    Don''t worry about him. He will be fine very soon."


    " I don''t know who''s bad eyes had fallen on Vedant and his children. I miss them so much. I miss my


    daughter Niharika and her little bunnies," Abdul said shedding his tears.


    Rajveer took a deep breath and consoled Abdul," Just pray for their soul. Mourning will not give


    anything. Prayers will give peace to their soul."


    " What about Vedant''s soul? I just can''t see him suffering like that,"  Abdul said crying and left Rajveer


    alone who is also in tension for his only friend.


    At evening


    Rajveer''s p.o.v


    " Not like that. Just sprinkle the colours gently," Pari said to our little daughter Prima showing how to


    make Rangolis.


    Right now, Pari and Prima are making Rangolis as today is Diwali. Pari is teaching Prima about how to


    make Rangolis.

    I am looking at my both girls with admiration and love. They both look very simr with green eyes and


    beautiful glossy pale skin tone.


    I looked at Pari and my heart filled with too much happiness. I still remember how she supported me


    while I was broken. I still remember how she held my hands when everyone left my hands. I still


    remember how she consoled me in my hard times.


    I was a demon and did heinous things to her. I regret whatever I did with her. I will regret all my


    wrongdoing towards her. Even after my so much crimes, she epted me. She loved me genuinely


    giving me all her care.


    I was an unwanted child for my parents and this thought just made my heart bleed. But, Pari taught me


    that I am not unwanted. She makes me understand that she wants me every time. She made me


    understand the meaning of life. She made me a human from a demon.


    I just can''t describe about her. Actually, I don''t have that much courage and words to describe about


    her. She is just exceptional. I just love her like a crazy man.


    " Daddy, see my first Rangoli. Isn''t it beautiful? I heard my daughter''s cute voice and came into reality


    from my dream world.


    I said appreciating Prima," Are bah(Oh! wow!). It''s so pretty."


    Saying that I sat beside Prima and pulled her into myp. I looked at Pari who is already looking at me


    and smiling.


    " When did youe? I didn''t notice you," Pari said softly and gave me her heartwarming smile.


    I replied pulling her cheeks affectionately," I was always here. I never left."


    " You and your ttering words," She said yfully and jerked away from my hands softly.


    I was going to say something when Prima said pouting," Daddy, whom do you love more? Me or


    Mommy?"


    " That''s a difficult question," I said making a worried face and looked at Pari who is already looking at


    me curiously.


    Prima nagged in front of me saying," Tell Nah, Daddy."


    " Prima is Daddy''s heart and daddy loves her more than himself," I said resting her one baby hand on


    my chest.


    I heard Pari asking," And what about me?"


    I said resting her head on my shoulder," And you are the reason of my existence. Without my little fairy,


    I am nothing."


    Hearing my reply, my both girls hugged me tightly kissing my cheeks. And, I felt that my life is fulfilled


    now.
