I woke up early. Sleeping alone in my bed was something I got used to actually and I wasn’t happy
before like I was that night. I was dreaming of Vani and to be honest, it was hard for me to not

To only be interrupted by my wife. “Where are you going? I prepared breakfast for both of you.” She
seemed curious and that was rare actually. She has never cared.
Vani replied excitedly. “Dad is going to teach me how to drive a car.” I swear Vani almost jumped in

My wife nodded her head and smiled. “Oh that’s great. Then use my car. I know your father does have
a lot of cars. But I guess this one will be great to use,” my wife said to Vani and handed her the key.
Vani was stered in her ce and speechless; she loved that mini cooper a lot. She wanted to
have one and I was aiming to buy thest edition soon for her birthday. But what she didn’t know yet
was that I won’t let her drive by herself. Owning a car doesn’t mean that I will let her drive alone. I will
be worried to death about her.
“Okay, let’s go now Vani.” I patted on her head and we strode out to the garage to start our first
lesson.
But to be honest, I hated that car because I was a big guy: tall 6''3, with wide muscled shoulders and
arms. I was a quarterback for God’s sake. It was so tiny for me. It’s a girl car and not fit for a man my
size.
Once I got into the driver’s seat to start up the car and tell her the basics, she insisted on trying.
