Chapter 24: Bought By The Billionaire - Chapter Twenty-Four

“So, what do you think?” asks my Master. “How did it go?”

We are sitting in his office, following a meeting with Alexander Thornton, Senior and Jaye Thornton,

    Junior.

My Master, Richard Haswell, is negotiating a real estate deal with them worth tens of millions. I have

been acting as secretary at the meeting, taking the minutes. Also, I have been acting on instructions

from my Master to be his eyes and ears; to gauge reactions, to people-watch.

    What do I think?

I sip my coffee, choosing my words.

“I think that Thornton Senior wants the deal. He thinks that being associated with the Haswell

Corporation will enhance hispany’s reputation and that he will be able to pass that legacy to his

son. However, I also think that Thornton Junior believes the opposite; that theirpany will be

swallowed whole by Haswell and lose its identity. It doesn’t matter to him how attractive the deal is

financially. He doesn’t want his father’spany to appear to be the junior partner.”

My Master chews his bottom lip and stares at the ceiling for a minute. “I think you’re spot on with that

Elizabeth. Any suggestions on how to deal with it?”

Sipping my coffee, I ponder for a minute. “Well, the actual deal is all but agreed, isn’t it? The legalities,

the finances, the share split, and so on. Am I right on that? No-one is saying that the deal discussed is

    unfair, or poor value?”

Nodding “Ah-ha…I would say so, yes.”

“Well, in that case, it’s about face-saving surely? Giving a perceived value to their input.”

    “Okay… so……?”

“Suppose that some of the more visible parts of the project were branded with theirpany name, or

even better, their names. For example, there’s a theatreplex nned as part of the development

isn’t there? It could be called something like the Alexander Thornton Arts Foundation perhaps? I don’t

think that would make any difference to you, would it?”

My Master snaps his fingers. “Perfect! You’re right. It’s all about Jaye Thornton’s ego. And you are quite

correct. I don’t need my self-image boosting. We’ll see if a little ttery will win their hearts and the

    deal.”

    *****

Later that evening, we are sitting in a beautiful restaurant; myself and my Master, with Alexander and

Jaye Thornton. The surroundings are lovely, the staff excellent and the food is divine. However, the

    mood is tense.

Alexander Thornton is a man of perhaps sixty years old, silver-haired, twinkly-eyed and charming. His

son, Jaye Thornton is a fire-cracker, quick-tempered, good-looking and eager to take offence. I wonder

how serious his father is about passing hispany on, to this impetuous young man.

“So,” begins my Master, addressing Thornton Senior. “What are your conclusions after our discussions

this afternoon? It seems to me that our offer is eptable. The project is viable and both our

companies have skills to bring to the table.”

Jaye jumps in before his father can speak. “No, it is not eptable. Everything is set up so that your

company sees all the benefits, receives the publicity, everything. The Thornton Corporation….”

His father breaks in. “Now then Jaye. Calm down. This can work for everyone. We just have to find the

    right way of doing it.”

“I agree.” says my Master. “And in fact, Elizabeth had some thoughts about this very point….” He turns

to me, waving his hand, inviting me to speak.

    Nervously, “Well, Mr Thornton…”

    Smiling, “Alex, my dear…”

I nod acknowledgement of his courtesy. “Alex. Earlier today, you were talking about how you wanted to

pass yourpany onto your son….” I nod to Jaye, trying to address them both. “…. You were saying

that you would like to retire and you were considering your legacy; how you would be remembered for

all the work you have done to build up yourpany…”

    Alex is nodding encouragingly.

“Well, I was thinking that, in the eyes of the world, pany names don’t mean much do they? But

other things do. Things that are more visible to the man in the street. John Doe doesn’t care about the

name on the ‘Constructed by’ billboard. But if, for example, the theatreplex were to be called

something like ‘Alexander Thornton Arts Foundation’, it would mean a lot more to him. The park area

could be perhaps ‘The Thornton Recreational Facility’.” I grind to a halt, feeling a bit of a fool.

However, Jaye’s eyes have lit up. “That would be wonderful. Dad here would get the recognition he

deserves for all his hard work and the Thornton Corporation gets the prestige that it deserves.”

My Master swings his gaze to Thornton Senior. “So, Alex. What do you think?”

“I think we have a deal, Richard.” and he stands, hand offered.

My Master shakes hands with both Thorntons. “I’ll get thewyers on to writing up a draft form of words

tomorrow. We’ll get something to you by Thursday for approval.”

“Agreed. And I think a toast to celebrate our agreement.” Alex holds up a champagne flute and we all

    clink sses.

The remainder of the evening is spent in pleasant chit-chat.

Alexander says “So, what is your position in all this Elizabeth? Obviously, you are part of the Company,

but do I take it that you and Richard are……?”

I am unsure how to answer this, not knowing what my Master has told people about me. However, he

smoothly interrupts my confusion. “Yes, Alex. You’re quite right. Elizabeth and I, do enjoy more than a

business rtionship.” He takes my hand and kisses it, his eyes soft as he gazes into mine.

As the conversation continues, light now, and cheerful, everyone smiling and rxed, my Master’s

hand strays down onto my thigh, stroking me. I do not think he actually intends anything by it or is even

really aware he is doing it, as he is engaged in conversation. However, I have waited for this moment.

My skirt was carefully chosen to be ttering, but apparently demure. To the outside world, I must

appear a princess. Caesar’s wife must be above suspicion. However, the skirt is a wrap-over and falls

easily aside with a little assistance.

I shift my position slightly, allowing the fabric of the skirt to fall to one side, giving my Master ess to

my stocking top and naked thigh, discreetly hidden by the white linen tablecloth.

This, he does notice, and for a brief second, his eyes slide sideways to mine while he continues

speaking with the Thorntons. However, his hand continues its smoothing massage of my leg, gradually

working further upwards and inwards. I admire the skill with which his hand is moving, but his upper

arm, visible to the outside world, remains stationary. And his conversation with Alex and Jaye continues

    unbroken.

Suddenly I see the look of shock pass over his face. He coughs into his napkin to cover it. Alex looks

concerned. “Are you alright Richard? Have a ss of water.”

My Master nods and goes through the motions of drinking the water but his eyes meet mine with an

unreadable expression. His questing hand has just discovered that I am wearing no panties.

“More water Richard?” I ask, in a voice of concern, keeping all trace ofughter from my tone.

“Thank you, Elizabeth. Yes, I’m getting a little warm in here.”

    *****

Arriving at my Master’s apartment, he opens the door and eye points-me in. “You. Inside.”

Obediently I enter, sucking in my cheeks as I try not to smile.

Closing the door behind him, my Master grabs me, shoving me up against the wall. “That was very

naughty Elizabeth. Not wearing panties for an important meeting. Suppose you’d had to bend over?”

“Sorry Master. But I didn’t have to bend over, and I was very careful. You would never have known

about it unless your hand hadn’t…”

“Answering back is also not the way to behave.” His voice is stern, but his eyes areughing as he lifts

    me bodily against the wall.

My God but he’s strong. “Put your arms around my shoulders,” he instructs, as he lifts my skirt, pulling

it to one side and exposing my nakedness underneath. I anchor my legs around his waist as he probes

my pussy with a finger. “As I suspected, sopping wet already, Elizabeth. I’ll have to do something about

that.” His trousers are noticeably bulging.

I am trying, unsessfully, not to giggle as, while I hang around my Master’s shoulders and waist, he

unbelts and unzips, releasing his cock, already standing hard and stiff. My giggles turn to squeals as,

with no ceremony, he pushes inside me, gently once or twice, as he opens me up, then hard, ramming

    home.
