Akash POV

I stretched my hands to pull my angel. She is the reason of my life but I didn''t find her beside me. I
opened my eyes and bright sunlight hit my face directly burning my eyes. I groaned and waited till my
eyes adjusted themselves with the brightness.
I looked around the room and my eyesnded on angel sitting on study table and sleeping.
''But why?'' I thought.
I got up from the bed and walked to her. But something grabbed my attention, the papers which were
lying on the table. I picked up the papers and looked at them. I get the biggest shock after seeing the
drawing.
Wow! Its really a perfect traditional antique design.
Then I understood that these were made by my angel. I felt so happy seeing the designs. I can''t
believe it. She made these designs very well. Suddenly, my phone rang disturbing my angel''s sleep. I
cut the call immediately but my angel opened her eyes slowly. She saw me holding her beautiful design
papers. She widened her eyes and stood up immediately.
"Did you make these designs angel?" I asked her.
"Yes" she said nodding her head nervously.
"Angel, your designs are very good and you made it perfectly. I am going to present it to Mr.Knight" I
said to her.
"No No Akash. This is not good. You are just epting because you don''t want to hurt me" angel said
trying to take the designs from me.
"No angel. I am epting these designs because they are really very good and now I am really
confident enough to get the project" I said to her.
"And angel if I get the project, then you have to make designs for ourpany. So will you help me?" I
asked her but she stood there silently.
"But Akash I don''t know how to make them perfectly. I made those designs very roughly. I don''t want
you to get embarrassed because of me" she said to me.
"I will help you for the designs. Please ept, angel" I pleaded her.
"Ok. I ept but you have to help me" she said cutely.
"Of course. I am always there for you" I kissed her forehead and got ready for office.
I came downstairs and saw. Angel took the decorated puja te and lit diya. Then, she waving a lit diya
in front of God and prayed. After the puja, she told me to took the blessing. I did.
"All the best, Akash" angel said to me.
"Thank you angel" I said and pecked her lips saying bye.
Soon, I reached office. I called my PA Aman and asked him to arrange for meeting with Mr.Knight.
"Sir, did you find a new designer?" he asked shockingly.
"Yes!"I said smirked at him.
"Who is the new designer, sir?" he asked me confusingly.
"My wife" I said proudly and showed the designs made by my angel. He watched the design with an
aww expression.
"Wow sir! These are fantastic. Really mam has done a great job and I am sure Mr.knight will definitely
approve mam''s design" Aman said.
"I hope so" I said closing my eyes.
After two hours, Mr.Knight and his daughter arrived. Aman showed the designs to Mr.Knight and his
daughter. Both loved the designs and asked for the designer.
"Its designed by my wife, Dharani Akash Mehra" I told them proudly.
"Your wife did a great job, Mr. Mehra" Mr. Knight said appreciating my angel''s work.
"Thank you sir" I said to him.
"I give you my daughter''s wedding jewellery deals. In fact you have to design my whole family''s
jewellery for wedding. I really liked the design made by your wife" Mr.Knight said shocking me.
Whole family''s jewellery? Its a very big deal. All thanks to my angel.
"But on one condition Mr.Mehra. You have only one week for this project because my daughter''s
wedding date is within 10 days" he said shocking me.
"One week is really a very less time, sir" Aman said.
"Yes only one week. If you can''t do it, then tell me. I will cancel the project" Mr.Knight said.
"I ept the project and you will get the jewellery within a week" I said and we signed the deal.
Mr.knight left the office.
I am so happy today. I want to share this news to my angel. I left to home immediately.
I drove back to my house when I saw a flower shop on my way. She told me once that she loves
flowers. I bought some white and red roses for her and made my way to my home.
"Angel! Angel! Where are you?" I shouted happily.
"Akash!" I heard her angelic voice and turned around to see the most gorgeous girl in the world
standing right behind me. I took two strides towards her and hugged her tightly.
"Angel, we got the project" I said and handed her the roses.
"Really?" She widened her big beautiful doe eyes with happiness shinning in the eyes. She epted
the roses happily.
"Thank you. These flowers are beautiful" she said adoring the flowers.
"Thanks to you angel. Only because of you, I got the project today" I kissed her cheek.
"Akash, we are friends right? So no sorry and no thanks between us" angel said and I chuckled.
"Ok angel, tomorrow you have to start the wedding jewellery designs. The only problem is we have
very less time. We have to submit the project within a week" I said to her sadly.
"Akash, you epted this contract after thinking twice right?" angel asked me and I nodded my head

"Hmm. If the time is less, we have to work double hard to achieve the goal and not to give any chance
toint. We willplete the work within the given time. Don''t worry" angel said confidently.
I never saw this confident side of my angel. I am really proud of her. She is really my angel, my
blessing.
"I promise you angel, we will do before the time" I kissed her forehead.
Then we had our dinner and reached our bedroom. We talked about our new project. The whole night
went by her asking her doubts about the project and me exining her. She listened to me very
carefully. I really liked being with her. She''s a fast learner and very responsible at her task.
"Ok Akash, now I understood perfectly. I will start with the designs tomorrow in our study room" she
said innocently.
''Wait! What? Study room? Is she serious?'' I thought to myself.
"Angel, what are you saying? Why will you work at home? You havee to our office and work with
me" I said to her and she looking at me like I have grown two heads.
"What?? No No No! I am noting to your office. I am afraid. I will work at home. I am not

face the world alone. Of course, I am there for her but what if something happens to me? She has to
live in this world alone and I will make her strong. I know she is very innocent but in this cruel world we
can''t live with only our innocent character.
Though, I personally love her innocence, I will make her brave. I will make here out of her shell. I
vowed myself.
"Angel, you know, you can''t work at home. If you work in our home, they won''t ept our deals. This is
one of ourpany rules, you have to work in our office" I said trying to make her understand but she
just sat there silently.
"Its ok Angel, leave it. If you don''t want to work in this project, I will cancel the deal. I will tell Mr.Knight
that we can''t ept this project" I said to her sadly.
I took my mobile and dialed Mr. knight''s number. If she cares for me, then she will definitely stop me.
I closed my eyes and started counting.
