Akash POV

I heard some sounds and went inside. Her family members tried to stop me but I didn''t stopped. I went
to the room where sounds areing and opened the door. Dharani was on the floor and her aunt is
standing there with a belt.
"Dharani, hey Dharani wake up" I quickly went to her and patted her cheeks.
"Ahhh" she let out a cry when my hand touched her skin.
"What the hell! Why are you beating her with belt?" I shouted at her aunt.
"This is her punishment Akash you don''t need to worry for her" sanaya said to me.
"You just shut up" I yelled at her and took dharani out of that room. I carried her in my arms and ced
her on my car safely and turned to her family members.
"If something happened to her, I will kill you all. I will see youter" I said to them coldly and drive her to
my home.
"Sanjana pleasee to home" I called sanjana and asked her toe home. I can''t take her to the
hospital if anyone sees her like this then dad will not leave me.
Later I took her to my room and ced her on the bed. She cried in pain. Just then sanjana came to
room and gasped seeing her like that.
"What the hell Akash? What have you done to her?" she asked me furiously. I too hit her like her family
did but I can''t say this to her now.
"I will tell youter sanjana but please treat her first" I asked her and she nodded and started treating
her. Dharani is wincing in pain and tears are rolling from her cheeks. She is not opening her eyes.
There are bruises all over her body. Her cheeks have dried tear stains and her forehead is bleeding.
"I think she have bruises all over her body you go outside " sanjana said to me angrily and I went
outside.
Why they hit her like that. Did I thought wrong about her. Is she innocent? Urggg I am confused right
now. I have so many questions to ask her when shees to her senses.
Later sanjana came out and I asked her about Dharani.
"How is she?" I asked her.
"Waah what a caring husband you are" sanjana taunted me.
"Sanjana please" I asked her to stop.
"What please Akash, do you know how her state is right now. Her whole body have bruises and blood
is oozing from it. I had tears in my eyes when I saw her bruises. I don''t know that you are such an
animal" she said with so much disgust.

"Sanjana listen to me once" I tried to talk to her.
"What should I listen? Tell me, what should I listen that how you hit her or how you tortured her?" she
yelled at me.

"Now there is time, Akash please change yourself before you lose her" she told me.
"I don''t want this marriage sanjana" I told her.
"That doesn''t mean you will treat her like a ve Akash and that doesn''t mean you will behave like an
animal with her" she shouted at me.
"Just treat her like a human Akash. I am not telling you to ept her as your wife and give her all
luxuries. I am asking you to treat her at least like a human. Just keep your hand on your heart and think
about what you have done with Dharani is right or wrong then you wille to know what wrong you
have done with her. If you don''t realize your mistake then even God can''t do anything and I''m leaving

ce. What have I done I behaved like a monster with her. Sanjana is right, I should have treated her
like a human.
I went to my room only to see her sleeping. I went near her and saw her face she have some frowns on
her forehead. She is stirring in her sleep and sweat beads are forming on her forehead. She is
shivering in her sleep. But what''s happening to her. She is clutching the nket very tightly in her fists.
"Dharani wake up" I patted her cheeks softly but she is shivering badly and mumbling something.
"Dharani" I called her name and shaking her.
"Ahh leave me" she shouted and shivering badly.
"Dharani wake up" I shook her and she opened her eyes with a jolt.
"Please don''t hit me. I don''t know how it happened" she said and covered her face with her hands.
"Dharani I will not hit you" I told her slowly.
"No please don''t hit me please" she is saying it continuously and moving back from me.
"Dharani" I said in a loud voice so that she cane into her senses. She jolted in her ce and
removed the hands from her face and looked at me. She is shivering badly and tears are flowing from
her eyes. She looked at the room and got realized that she is in my room.
"I am sorry I don''t know how I came here. Please don''t punish me" she said to me in a fearful voice.
"I brought you here" I told her and she widened her eyes.
"But how I was in my uncle..." she didn''tpleted her sentence and more tears came from her eyes.
"We will discuss about itter and now you sleep and take rest. I will prepare something for you eat" I
told her and she got down from the bed.
"Where are you going?" I asked her.
"To the kitchen" she said and walked slowly towards the door.
"Stop there ande here right now" I ordered her and she turned towards me.
"Just sleep here without saying anything. You need rest" I told her and she nodded in a ''NO''.
"What?" I asked her bing irritated by her behavior.
"Maid don''t sleep on their owners bed" she said and went outside the room.
Shit, what I have done? What should I do now?
