Kendall smiled and said, "It''s you who are the one being nice to me. You even said just now that there''s
no need for thanks between us, but you''re doing it yourself." Amelia stuck out her tongue

Seeing that Amelia was about to take another serving of dessert, Kendall stopped her, saying, "We''re
having dinner soon, so don''t eat so much dessert. You might not be able to eat muchter."

As Amelia spoke, she asked her best friend, "You brought makeup, right? Can you lend me some? I

bag. I''ll get them for you right now."

Jane leisurely caught the fresh seed in her hand. Then, she sat up and peeled the seed with her
slender fingers, removing its core before putting the raw seed in her mouth.
