    He always had such a gaze, like he could see through someone with a single look and know all of his secrets, to the degree that it was bing ufortable in a certain sense. He didn''t know if it was just his thing or if it stemmed from his power because he knew that the elderly-looking man was someone very, very powerful.


    Now that he awoke as Esper and had Psionic Energy, Arcturus could at least subconsciously feel the strength of the other people. Nothing concrete or precise, but he could tell if someone was very powerful.


    The feeling he got from Grandmaster Arsit Byrmellir was the same, or rather, it was his instinct that told him that because even his senses told Arcturus that Grandmaster Arsit Byrmellir was no different from an ordinary human.


    "You have good potential in the way of the Sword, and your Esper Ability is something that is not seen even once every few centuries. So, I have a proposal for you. I want to take you as my fourth and final disciple."

    He had already waited for a long time because, right now, Arcturuscked the proper method to control his Psionic Energy. Scouring the Extr and Imperial NetSpehere, he obtained only several inferior ones, but he aimed for something higher and more powerful.


    The problematic aspect of the Psionic Energy Control Methods was that when one started using one that wasn''t of the best quality, there could be some really nasty unforeseen side effects.


    Especially in his case because he had awakened Super-High Risk Primal Psyker Ability, meaning that his Psionic Energy was extremely potent and dense, so the ordinary Psionic Energy Control Method was not effective for him.


    If he used it, he would create more problems for him than it was worth, probably even some very severe hidden injuries. Unfortunately, the other more advanced Psionic Energy Control Methods were not really avable for sale, or if they were, the prices were around several billion Universal Credits.


    The owners of the Psionic Energy Control Methods were guarding them with extreme jealousy and prejudice. The original versions of the Psionic Energy Control Methods were even pricier because the things that were being sold in various auction houses or by various businesses were only copies.

    Grandmaster Arist Byrmellir was one of the few people within the entire Eternal Imperium of Asurya who also had the Super-High Risk Primal Psyker Ability. Actually, there were not many such people even across the entire known universe.


    From this perspective, Grandmaster Artis Byrmellir was the best person to teach Arctrurus the Psionic Energy Control Method because they shared the Esper Ability of the same grading.

    Though not as rare as one would expect because most of the high-grade techniques and basically everything was written on the material form, nothing was documented electrically, just for safety.


    In the age where there were countless artificial intelligences, some of which could unleash apocalypse if not under strict control or the existence of extremely powerful Espers that acted as deterrents to that, it was much safer to write certain kinds of information on paper.
