The night had deepened to a considerable degree so we shifted from the guild room to the aristocratic dormitory.

    At present, over the table, which normally would have stylish or elegant tea-set ced over it, were ced four shields of crude appearance.


    They were small, round wooden shields. ssified into the small shield category, and the name was ?Infinite Shield?.


    The small shields category includes shields like my ?Firmament Shield?, meanwhile kite-shields, like the one Sierra had,e into the big shield category.


    Also, my ?Brave? limits me from equipping anything other than small shields. Ability-wise, small shields were the weakest in performance while two-handed were the meta.


    This was also a reason behind Sierra''s current skeptical expression. Lana also harbored the same face, while Ester appeared a bit stiff.

    "Oh, speaking of ?Infinite Shield?, it has quite an interesting skill attached to it; ?Anywhere Equip (Shield)?, which makes it possible to equip the shield in any equipment slot."


    In short, by virtue of its skill, the ?Infinite Shield? could be equipped in headpiece, greaves, torso slot etc. When equipped as a headpiece, the shield wouldpletely hide the equipper''s face, or equipping them in Body (1) & Body (2) slot would make the two shields cover the naked chest only.


    For obvious reason, It was quite a famous shield in ?Dankatsu?. In the past, a guild had even won the championship of ?Guild House Screenshot Appreciation Competition?, their screenshots of all the 50 guild members taking pose in nothing but ?Infinite Shield? cinching the victory.


    Of course, it was an unofficialpetition but amusing nheless. Later, for inexplicable reasons, the scenery of perverts blowing away here and there had be quite an everyday scenery in the ?Dankatsu?.


    The name of ?Infinite Shield? had been known to everyone and their mother ever since then.


    But aside from its interesting skill, it was a meh tier equipment since it dropped from ?Wooden Chest?. That said, ?Infinite Shield? had some amazing usage than just using them as mere equipment.


    "Sierra, first equip ?White Fang Kite-Shield?. Then equip these shields on the right hand, arm, essory (1) and essory (2)."


    "Alright, but......"


    Although she looked slightly sceptical, Sierra nheless took out her ?White Fang Kite-Shield? from ?Inventory Bag?, equipping it along with ?Infinite Shield?.


    "Zephyr, don''t you think I''m looking a bit strange?"

    With one in each hand, one in the right hand slot, and the one each in shoulder essory (1) & essory (2)—Sierra was finally equipped with five shields.


    The shoulder pads like shields actually looked cool. Seriously.

    "I-I...yeah, I was just thinking that shoulder pad looks great. I wish I could have them."

    Ester somehow couldn''t look at the situation and averted her eyes, but Lana somehow managed to put up the appearance. Sierra sighed and turned to me.


    "So, what should I do now, Zephyr?"


    Her tone was as if she was urging me to hurry up and get done with the matter quickly. Ahaha, it must be my imagination.


    "R-Right. We need to do the usual; Defeat 300 monsters while equipping them. We''ll be using the Slip-po marathon. We''re constrained in time so Ester and Lana, help me out here."

    With that, I took out the ?Beginner Alchemy Set?, equipped ?Alchemy LV1 - bracelet? and began with the process to create the slimes. We then started hurling those slimes at Sierra like in the ''Monster Throw'' scenario.


    Sierra iled the shield in her arm and <em ss="chakra-text css-0">PAT-PAT</em> send them flying.


    On other hand, after having Lana helping out, she chimed in with ''Oh, this is actually fun!''. I guess she liked it.


    It didn''t take long for us toplete our task.


    "It hasn''t been long but it really feels nostalgic somehow repeating this.....but, are you sure that''s all we need to do? I mean, we''re talking about the condition of advanced jobs."


    "Oh~, I know right. Zephyr''s action always, you know, appears so mundane that it instead inspires anxiousness."


    "Lana-sama, I think you shouldn''t be too direct."


    "I can''t believe that''s what you say to my meticulously designed efficiency-first n. Anyway, our first step ispleted with this. Let''s wrap up for today since it''s getting toote, we will continue the rest tomorrow. And Sierra, we will have you go through job promotion tomorrow as well."
