    Celestine picked out a list of prospective sses to choose from by himself and requested the academy to arrange one in ?Combat Department? building since it was the same building we take.


    I was surprised to find the whole ss brimming when I entered the ssroom.


    There were 50 seats and all were upied. Also, the girls participation ratio was incredibly high. As for boys, 1,2... There weren''t even more than 5 boys. Too low!


    Nevertheless, I, who had thought even having 20 people to attend my ss would be nice, was d to see all of them.


    I re-gripped myself and quickly went through the self-introduction.


    I have received the chance to teach for just one term so I skipped self-introduction about students. One whole period would have been used up in just self introduction with so many students. If one person took one minute, straight 50 minutes would be spent on it.


    After me, assistant Celestine also introduced himself.

    Everyone turned silent as I began my lecture.


    The buzzing sound from earlier died down as everyone listened to my words with a serious expression.


    They have the spirit. ?Training Manual? was more about tackling the fundamental way of thinking than just one anotherption to advance through ?Dungeon Activity?.


    The way of training in this world was to chase after the footsteps of the sessful person one admired and mimic their status, this isn''t wrong but more, there exist a way of doing one step above this.


    Anyone present should be able to have a great transformation in their strength when they reach the level limit if they seriously listened to this lecture and faithfully integrated in their training.


    By all means, I want everyone who hase to listen to my lecture to follow it.

    Deciding on the final form of what they want to be and then drawing a straight line for it was the essence.


    In short, it was like ‘the stronger character imagined purely by oneself’. The true value of ?Dungeon style Training Manual? was to induce this mode of thinking.


    I exined it with a more realistic example.
