Dn’s eyes never left me.
It was as though he could see right through me.
I didn’t know why, but I felt a little difited and uneasy under his gaze.
When I pulled the plug, Dn was unconscious.

Fortunately, Dn was extremely weak.
He held onto Caleb’s sleeve before closing his eyes and falling asleep, unable to get a single word out.
I was so relieved when the little boy fell asleep.
