    '' Hello everyone  I have gathered you all here for the reason  that I want to state some new rules :


    Rule No#1 =  DO NOT ATTACK HUMANS


    Rule No#2 =  DO NOT ATTACK COMRADES


    Rule No#3 = DO NOT BELITTLE OTHER RACES

    Those were the  the three founding rules .


    For the time being, Rimuru has introduced these three basic rules together with the various administrative groups  , such as  :


    <u>Food Gathering</u>  ,  <u>Scouts</u> ,  <u>Material  Collecting</u>  .


    Rimuru   divided the hobgoblins  within the two divisions and left the scouting for the tempest wolves for their  great sense of smell and the great 『 telepathic Communication 』 skill  .


    As for construction and production he has seen the  skills of the hobgoblins , and understood that he cannot live in a house like this .So he asked if they know any high skilled crafter and the likes.


    '' Well, there are the dwarves in the  【Armed Nation Of Dwargon】 ''


    Replied Rigurd.


    ''!  , hmmm Dwarves you say ? Then lets depart!! ''


    Said Rimuru in a loud voice


    ''Understood  I will arrange everything !! ''


    Said Rigurd in a very cheerfully voice Or so he expected him to react  but . . .


    ''Declined!   , I shall not allow this  Great  Rimuru you need at least 5 platoon  Guards  with you !! ''

    And after  plenty of fair arguments ,  Rimuru convinced  Rigurd  and set on his trip for Dwargon .


    For rimuru has two objectives , One the dwarves or more precisely their skills and so , Secondly the rumors  that Rigurd let slip loose  of the elves~~ .


    Rimuru and his five hob-goblins together riding on five Tempest wolves  includes :

    As they finally  stopped for the night beside the  flowing river   , as Rimuru try to approach Rigur  and at the moment of closure he ask him ,


    '' hey Rigur , can you tell me who named your brother ?''


    '' A traveler named Gelmud  , the man wore  a long black cape  , a mask of a crow  and he seem to spout thing such  as be grateful for my deeds as my lord  , own  ,


    worship the 「Great Puppeteer」 , and the likes  he seem like those fanatics from the blue and the red goblins clans who  live in the hidden  lands  beyond the seas  ''


    Rigur  told


    '' Great Rimuru , I say lets not  interfere with them they mindless they only want  to evolve in a way that will bring despair to all living creatures  , they troublemakers  ''


    Gobta suddenly spoke fearful of them .


    Rimuru try to confront Gobta and tell him that they can''t be that terrifying , and again Gobta spoke louder and as he spoke more of them  he became more imaginative and feared them  more the more  .


    After awhile Rigur calmed Gobta  down and he seem too relaxed cause he fell asleep immediately and  As I thought of Gobta being a jerk and lazy bum great Sage notified me   of Gobta being set on Mind Zero [ No Real Harm has been caused to the individual ] .

    As I wonder through the mansion  I discover  a few more rooms beside the living  room .


    I discover bizarre quality of luxury  in one mansion  , the next room  is the library  which you can''t find in normal houses but only the riches could allow themselves to have it for  impression but this one was unique it has included books that I have never heard  of  and books of the kind I could find everywhere  , the library included genre   and styles from Manga , Light Novel ,   Manhwa and  manhua  to simple genres  like  【Romeo  and Julieta】  of  the Romance Genre  and so on with Mystery , Drama and on and on .

    I spent quite the time in the library but when  I noticed the amount of manga  that I looked over I moved on  to the next room   which was  quite simple  , a kitchen it was .

    There wasn''t much to look at so I immediately moved on to the bath room which was unsurprisingly  a luxury open hot bath .

    Wow a gaming room , not surprising , there is that question , that , just pop up in your head which is why haven''t  I asked once " where am I ?" the answer is quite simple , well not really "simple " but the answer is that I have already knew where I was , and that  is because  it is the realm Inheritor  is going off every time  I can''t find him near .


    And there he is  playing video games .

    '' You really asking that ? well whatever .  Can''t a son call to his dad and show him his house ? ''


    『Inheritor』 stated


    '' We both know that not why  you called me , ok what is it show me what you''ve  got ~~ ''


    Rimuru said awhile taking a Jump forward .


    '' Say , master  what  do you  plan  to do  with the Goblin Village ? ''


    '' Eh ''


    Rimuru reacted speechless ,


    Then trying to reply


    '' What do you mean by that  ? I will develop them so we all could live in peace in an acceptable environment  ''


    rimuru said confused to the question  『Inheritor』 asked .


    '' Hey , Master what about building an empire ? ''


    When  『Inheritor』 said that , Rimuru  didn''t  reply and neither did he  react at all .


    Rimuru at that Moment was  somewhere deeper then his own mind somewhere between the borders of reality to which is not .


    At the place rimuru was, wasn''t any POWER or any GODLY weapon  it was emptiness  when he sought for the smallest thing in that emptiness he couldn''t find any , it is not that he couldn''t "find any " it is that there  wasn''t " Anything " to " Find " .


    With that thought he return a look to 『Inheritor』 face and all he see is an ambition that doesn''t involve any merit as a skill .


    '' Hey , why would you ask this of me  ? ''


    Rimuru ask with a serious tone  one of a king , if I may .


    '' My only desire is to help you master as a skill and as an individual ''

    Rimuru hasn''t gained a human form  or any form  which give a kingly aura  , but at the moment Rimuru  emitted the feeling of Fatherhood  and a n aura which rival  the most respected emperor

    As I start to explain to rimuru  my ideas of the underground facilities and the project of expansion beyond the seas  .
