<h4>Chapter 1508 Chapter 1501: "Okay."</h4>
The Heavenly War Spirit was nearly salivating at the mere prospect of war. If not for her currently ambiguous form of gold, she would sound like an eager, young woman ravenously craving profit.
"Intergctic WAR!" Her voice thrummed with power, sending pulsating waves of power through Wei Wuyin''s Sea of Consciousness. This involuntary response shook his sea slightly. Fortunately, the firmness of his mind that constituted his psyche was far too stable to shake.
Wei Wuyin was currently riding Bai Lin, his eyes closed, Qing Qiumu slumbering peacefully in his arms, and his mind and focus connected intimately with his False God Avatar. This type of remote control was one of the few ways to deploy the False God Avatar. The other allowed King, Ori, Kratos, or Eden to act independently, and the other was to conjure an Incarnation with a fragment of his Sea of Consciousness and cultivation base.
The ''Wei Wuyin'' sitting at the table was a conjuration of the first type, actively being controlled by his true body and mind. While temporary, he could act easily through the False God Avatar, such as exerting his Minor Laws. While all the burden was ced upon his soul and cultivation base, that wasn''t much of a disadvantage.
"There''s more to this," Wei Wuyin warned the Heavenly War Spirit. The conversation was slightly disjointed, and it was missing important pieces because Young Master Shang had spoken hastily and emotionally.
"Intergctic war is far too serious to describe the situation, Young Master Shang." The elderly man''s eyes darted to Young Master Shang as if he had leaped far ahead to the worst-case scenario.
"How so?" Young Master Shang questioned with clear refutation of the elderly man''s statement. Cao Cuifen and the Soul Saint King realized that there might be a true possibility of an intergctic war based on how Young Master Shang acted. Unfortunately, while they knew war, the concept of Intergctic war was far greater than they could initially imagine.
Young Master Shang turned to Cao Cuifen, seemingly ready to answer her question despite the elderly man''s presence. "Why are we looking for him?" He pointed at Wei Wuyin directly, and while this might be disrespectful, the young man didn''t hide his exasperation and dissatisfaction with the situation. "It''s because my sister had decided to be with the ''Blind'' Young Man of the Nexus Battlefield against all objections."
"To exin," the elderly man chimed in as if to fill in the unsaid details, "This concerns an ancient prophecy divined by Supreme Hellguide during the birth of the Third Young Mistress. She was apanied by a great auspicious phenomena alongside others. That year, that day, and that hour, that minute, it was apanied by two others. Then, three prophecies of these three infants by the three Supreme Seers-Heavenhold, Hellguide, and Mortaldust were foretold.
"Each infant was given three prophecies of Fortune, Cmity, and Absence of fate. Strangely enough, each of these infants had prophecies that rted to the fates and fortunes of other Gctic Zones, not their own." The elderly man thought for a moment, and then his expression darkened. With his cultivation base, he was feeling a slight pressure formte within his body, and it was growing increasingly intense and stifling.
Taking an extremely deep breath, he shook his head helplessly.
Cao Cuifen''s flesh and blood heart was racing with the might of ten horses. She clutched onto Wei Wuyin''s hand with sufficient strength to crush a tiny. Her body trembled intensely. The Soul Saint King''s eyes were bloodshot to an extreme. If it was a little more, his lime-green eyes would''ve been dyed an intense blood-red. The veins protruding from his neck, forehead, and arms were grotesque. From the sides of his lips, drool leaked out uncontrobly.
Young Master Shang wasrgely unaffected except a shade or two paler inplexion.
Wei Wuyin was wholly unaffected. The six Laws of his soul infused surreptitiously into Cao Cuifen with the Imperial Law at the helm, allowing her to only feel some shivering of her soul and pounding of her heart, assuaging any afflictions she experienced.
"Gugh!" The Soul Saint King, an illustrious Earthly Saint, vomited violently to the side, spewing half the table with putrid, acidic energies of turbidity and innate toxins. There was even some congested blood within, tainting the air with glittering specks of light.
"Three Supreme Seers?" Wei Wuyin was curious about these Supreme Seers.
Young Master Shang clenched his teeth and spat, his voice hoarse and strained: "My sister can''t...! My sister can''t be with a...!! Supreme Hellguide..." After saying this, Young Master Shang fell to his knees, blood leaking out of his eyes, ears, and mouth.
Doh!
The elderly man unleashed a single-word chant that sounded like thenguage of Mysticism in its purest form. The effects instantly rendered Young Master Shang unconscious as his pupils and iris vanished. He copsed onto the ground, almost lifeless and barely breathing.
Wei Wuyin frowned. This was far too incredible to witness. This all was a first for him, albeit he had read about simr events from cultivation journals. They seemed to be pushing the limits, trying to tell him important information. Both of them were pushing themselves to an extreme limit for a single warning.
"Sorry," the elderly man apologized as he sighed with a heavy heart. "The topic has been restrained by certain beings. Anyways, we''ve searched for you to find you and bring you with us. We hope you can reject the Third Young Mistress directly."
"..." Wei Wuyin was silent. Cao Cuifen''s hands clenched tighter. She was eyeing her nephew who was sprawled on the ground like a dying dog, but she didn''t make a move because Wei Wuyin was right here. If he hadn''t moved, then she didn''t feel like acting unnecessarily. She was extremely calm. This was confidence in her pir to uphold the sky and protect her loved ones. It was a satisfying feeling to not feel anxious at all.
Wei Wuyin casually waved toward the Soul Saint King, "Go to sleep, Little Cao." Cao Cao''s eyes widened abruptly. Little Cao?! Just before he spurted a mouthful of radiant blood, he lost consciousness. His head limply fell to the side as he copsed. The illustrious Earthly Saint of the once-glorious Grand Cyclic Ster Region, revered as one of the top three experts, had been put to sleep.
His breathing evened out quickly as the bulging veins subsided. He was slumbering as peacefully as Qing Qiumu. This elicited the most enchanting smile from Cao Cuifen as she felt validated on several levels.
Wei Wuyin already felt her body rise in heat yet again.
The elderly man observed Wei Wuyin and the others, and his heart couldn''t help but clench slightly. Despite being vaguely warned, Wei Wuyin was seemingly unaffected. Was it because he was a Mortal and not restrained by such lofty, forbidding principles? The others were firmly treading the path within the Mystic Dao, so their reactions should be intense, and they were...except for Cao Cuifen. Cao Cuifen''s reaction was far too calm, far too different from the Soul Saint King. Was this woman a hidden expert?
The elderly man urgently gazed at Wei Wuyin, hopeful that he understood the nuances of their warnings and words. If he didn''t follow through with this rejection, he wouldn''t be offending a single force, but an entire Gctic Zone. It could even plunge a gxy into chaos.
"Can you exin to us the geographical structure of your Blessed Yri Empire and the Treasured Vale Gxy? How different is it inparison to our Azure-Prime Gctic Zone?" No longer hindered by fear or concern, Cao Cuifen showcased her true breadth of intelligence as she sought additional information before considering the situation or giving a reply in Wei Wuyin''s stead, especially with all the vagueness involved.
"..." The elderly man thoughtfully nced at Cao Cuifen, and then felt assured that this woman was not a hidden expert. He felt that this Wei Wuyin that the Third Mistress seemed fixated on was filled with unfathomable mysteries, especially as a mere mortal who grasped a Minor Authority of Law. He was already a monster in that regard. A true demonic talent.
"Sure. What would you like to know?" The elderly man asked, leaving a copsed Young Master Shang on the floor without any sign of rendering assistance.
Cao Cuifen nced at Wei Wuyin as if to see if she should proceed forward. She was met with a weing smile, telling her to go ahead. Meanwhile, internally, Wei Wuyin was furiously discussing with the Heavenly War Spirit.
"What they''re describing, the concept of three phenomena and nine prophecies-three fortunes, three cmities, and three absences is called the Trinity of Heaven''s Heart. It''s far too abnormal and a heavily feared phenomenon of the heavens that induces indescribable horror or glee in any true expert.
"They''re usually tied to nine individuals with an ungodly fortune in this world as if they were the sons and daughters of heaven. Unfortunately, the exact cause of these fortunes, cmities, and absences are impossible to decipher for Heavenly Seers unless their cultivation base was at heaven-reaching and world-gazing levels." Unlike other knowledge, the knowledge rting directly to the heavens, the Heavenly War Spirit had a slightly better grasp of than others.
"Perhaps you should avoid this by rejecting that woman," the Heavenly War Spirit advised with hesitancy and exasperation tainted by unwillingness.
The elderly man continued to answer Cao Cuifen''s questions. Firstly, he delved into minor things that Cao Cuifen might not know about gxies. Firstly, there were distinctions between a gxy and a Gctic Zone. The former was a whole region of space defined by celestial alignments and natural void boundaries. This included the vast nothingness and ruined regions of Void-nk Space, including the astronomical irregrities and inhospitable, forbidden areas for cultivators such as Absolute Void Regions or regions of chaotic space. Thetter was a region defined by borders set by cultivators, often established with arrays, and formations, andcking any Void-nk Space. "A Gctic Zone is a region of a gxy that has been colonized. It could upy a single gxy or multiple. Our Treasured Vale Gxy is a single gxy with multiple Gctic Zones. The Ninestar Gxy of your Ninestar Sainthall upies nine different Gctic Zones, including their own, one of which exists in our Treasured Vale Gxy, and their Ninestar Gxy holds their Core Branch.
"The sheer vastness of a gxy is utterly unfathomable, so much so that even while Spatial Shifting, an Earthly Saint might exhaust thousands of years to get from one end to the other, while Gctic Zones can be smaller orrger than a single gxy."
Cao Cuifen''s eyes were aze with interest. This was the knowledge that the Endless Voyage Realm didn''t have! She only knew that the Azure-Prime Gctic Zone had three main powers. The Ninestar Sainthall seemed to be simr, having eight different Main Branches and countless other minor branches. It was simr to the Exalted Republic of the Human Race, the Three Radiant Empires of the Celestial Race, and the Titan Race''s territory that existed in a single Gctic Zone.
Meanwhile, Gctic Zones like the Grand Cyclic Ster Region existed where the forces within expanded their borders into the natural boundaries of other gxies and directly seized their fortunes. This made things veryplicated. Cao Cuifen could only ponder on the implications of this, and her interest was rapidly growing with the irresistible urge to see it all for herself.
After several dozen questions, the elderly man turned to the silent Wei Wuyin. "So what do you say?" He was patient outwardly but impatient inwardly.
"Okay," Wei Wuyin replied.
"Okay?" The elderly man''s eyes brightened.
"Okay." Wei Wuyin tly said before turning to Cao Cuifen. "We''ll talkter. But I''ll be leaving for a little while." After saying this, he turned to the elderly man and asked: "I''m assuming you need me personally there? To meet her?"
The elderly man was shaken initially, but he was a man who''d experienced much in his lifetime of cultivation and struggles. "Yes. It''ll be best if you do so personally and willingly. That''ll be enough."
Wei Wuyin made a throaty sound of acknowledgment. He held Cao Cuifen''s hand which tightened a few times harder. "You cane if you want."
"...!" Cao Cuifen was taken aback.
"I''ll be back in a bit. I have to handle a few things. For now, entertain our now ''officially recognized'' guest until I''ve returned. You can make your decision and think about what you wish to do."
"Okay..." Cao Cuifen nodded absent-mindedly as her heart bubbled with excitement.
"Don''t cause any disturbance until I''ve returned and am ready," Wei Wuyin shifted his gaze and warned the elderly man.
"Okay," he replied simply. Was it that easy? He expected more. Had their veiled message of warnings been enough to instill fear of the situation in this young man? To excitedly add, there was no need to forcefully bring this young man away!
Wei Wuyin gently caressed Cao Cuifen''s face. She blushed intensely. Then, his body dissipated into a white mist.
Wei Wuyin opened his eyes while sitting on Bai Lin, having never left this location since the beginning.
"Are you really going to agree to this?" The Heavenly War Spirit said anxiously.
"Fuck no," Wei Wuyin spat coolly. "What''s mine is mine; what''s mine will never belong to others." That woman once said that she was his, and if he saw fit, she would be his concubine or his maid at his whim. In his mind, even if the Heavenly Daos had ns for her, none of that mattered! He refused to concede an inch.
Intergctic war? Supreme Seers? Gxies and Gctic Zones? That just made it more interesting!
The aura of a Conqueror of War and the Bloodline of Pride originating from the origin of sin pulsed within his heart and soul. Vaguely, an outline of a seed nted itself within his True Soul, awaiting a glorious connection with the heavens.
While the Heavenly War Spirit didn''t say anything, her golden mass form was unable to hide her writhing excitement. The Seed of War was slowly entering its Conception Stage!
"Let''s go to her," Wei Wuyin said as he located the woman who stood at the entry of her home, looking outwards toward the sky with a paint brush in her right hand, a bitter heart in her chest, and frustrated thoughts in her head.
