"Sure..." David of course didn''t refuse.
He immediately responded to Alisa''s offer.
Alisa became so excited, she replied, "go to the dining table, I''ll prepare the food right away."
Her excitement was obvious, making her look like a young girl who had just fallen in love.
Even the servants looked at her strangely, they looked at each other, wondering if there was something that shouldn''t be happening.
Some were not stupid enough not to understand this, but they were too afraid to speak up.
Alisa returned to the kitchen while David walked to the dining table.
Unlike the kitchen which was basically connected and could be seen from the living room, the dining table was in a slightly separate ce.
Although it was also connected to the living room without any doors in the way, the path to it had to turn so that from the living room one could not see into the dining room.
David got there in no time.
It was a nice ce as the outer walls werepletely made of ss, overlooking the mango orchard outside the mansion.
The dining table was quiterge, having about ten chairs with two chairs for the lord and thedy.
The two chairs were next to each other on the short part of the table.
It would be too much if David sat on one of the chairs, so he chose to sit on the chair at the far end of the long section of the table.
It was also next to the chair for thedy.
David knew which one was the chair that Alisa often used because he could smell her perfume from the chair.
He calmly waited there.
It didn''t take long before Alisa arrived with a tray, apanied by her two servants.
However, each of the two servants carried two trays.
In other words, five trays arrived.
Each of the trays exuded the fragrant aroma of spices, increasing David''s appetite rapidly.
Alisa ordered her two servants to leave after they ced the trays they brought on the table.
After that, she herself moved the tes and bowls on the trays to the table.
"I cooked quite a lot this afternoon, but they''ve all gone out, hmph, this sucks," she said suddenly while ncing at the wall clock.
She was apparentlyining while moving the tes and bowls.
David gave her a strange look after ncing at her body.
Her sexiness in the tight traditional dress was more obvious as she moved to transfer the tes and bowls from the trays to the table.
David thought that he needed to respond to this middle-aged woman''sints, so he said, "don''t worry, Lady Alisa, if no onees but us, I will finish all the food you cooked so that it doesn''t go to waste."
Alisa actuallyined spontaneously, she was quite surprised when she heard David speak.
His words were really pleasant to her ears.
These were really words tofort her. Most importantly, he even called her Lady Alisa.
After a moment of silence, sheughed and said, "I would be very happy if you could actually finish all this food, but that would probably be impossible since there is too much food I cooked."
She finally finished moving all the tes and bowls after saying that.
Thest thing she did was to put the te full of rice in front of David before sitting down on her chair.
Their position was indeed close. Right when she sat down, her thigh identally nudged David''s thigh under the table.
It startled her so much that she shook for a moment and then tilted her thigh to the side.
Only now did she realize that David was sitting too close to her.
Normally, even Victor would sit on a chair a little further away from her.
To Alisa, David was just picking seats at random.
The me was on her for unconsciously sitting in the seat she usually sat in.
Given David''s identity as a foreign man, she should have sat across from David.
However, she was already seated, so there was no way she could move again.
While she was thinking about that, David answered her words, "I''m sure I can do it because I like to please a woman the most, especially a beautiful woman like you."
Alisa, "..."
''He really said I was beautiful, is he interested in me too?'' Alisa wondered in high spirits.
It made her neck turn slightly red.
Her thoughts bing more and more uncontroble, she had trouble hiding her expression.
David, on the other hand, started eating without waiting for her to invite him to eat.
There were too many side dishes, from the beefbined with many spices, to the roasted chicken and duck, to the exquisite vegetables.
The most remarkable thing was the sauce, much more delicious than the sauce this morning.
David suddenly thought that he could really finish all the food on this dining table.
His energy would be very full if he seeded. Right now, he was indeed very low on energy.
As she watched him eat, Alisa finally calmed down.
She tried tough and responded to David''s words.
"So I''m still beautiful in the eyes of a young man like you?"
The word beautiful can always make a woman lose her mind.
Alisa had not wanted to stop discussing this since David said it.
She didn''t have any special skills in flirting with men, but she expected to be flirted with by David.
"I''m sure all young men would say the same thing," David replied as he looked into her face.
"I don''t know your age, but you have very clear skin. Most young women don''t have skin as clear as yours. Your face is also alluring, not to mention your body." David didn''t mindplimenting her if that was what she wanted.
In no time, Alisa became visibly awkward.
Under David''spliments, she could no longer act like she was a fierce woman.
Of course, she also wondered why David praised her so much.
It wasn''t like she never interacted with young men.
Although theyplimented her, it never got to that point.
David practically showed his interest in her.
Alisa became more nervous.
''I bet he''s interested in me too,'' she thought.
Despite thinking that, she still tried to figure it out.
"Are all European boys like you when they meet a beautiful woman my age?" she asked.
Maybe she still wanted to confirm whether David was really interested in her or everything he said was just a custom from the western world.
"I''m not sure about that, everyone has a different personality," David replied.
"Then is that your personality?" Alisa asked again.
"It depends, of course," David replied. "If the woman in front of me wasn''t beautiful and I wasn''t interested, I wouldn''t be saying all that because it would practically be a lie. As for you, Lady Alisa, you are indeed beautiful, so Ipliment you."
Alisa, "..."
