“Sir, the CCTV footage from eleven-thirty to twelve at the City First Hospital was deleted!” Phoenix

“That could only mean that someone had entered the hospital during that time period to take action,”

Levi inquired, “Phoenix, can you fix it?”
“I need the video source. Even if it was corrupted on purpose, I can fix it,” Phoenix replied.
