“Johnson!”
Alfred called the housekeeper Johnson in.
Johnson humbly asked. “Sir, what can I do for you?”
“Go and call Cecelia. There’s something I want to tell her.”
After hearing this, Johnson suddenly raised his head, his gentle eyebrows gradually turned cold, and
even his tone of voice changed.
“Sir, have you forgotten your agreement with our master back then? If you break your promise and tell
the truth, then don’t me me for being cruel.”
When Alfred heard what he said, he looked at Johnson in surprise. As if Alfred was remembering

Johnson. Adam asked. “Johnson, is there a fire in the main house?”
“Yeah, I’m looking for someone to put out the fire.”
Johnson lowered his head and replied.
“Okay, I will go there first.”
Adam ran to put out the fire and didn’t notice anything unusual about Johnson.
At this time, Cecelia was not resting and was looking at the files on theputer.
Remingtony sideways on the bed, holding his forehead with one hand, staring at the busy woman,
his deep and hot eyes trying to attract her attention.
“Baby, are you done yet? I’m so colde here…”
He unbuttoned his shirt, revealing his sexy chest. He was like a peacock with its tail spread.

Cecelia couldn’t work with a clear mind under the temptation of Remington.
Turning off theputer, Cecelia came to Remington’s side. She pressed her knuckles and said in a
joking tone. “Are you cold? Do you want me to give you a good thump to get you warm up?”
“I don’t want it! I just want you!”
The man waved his long arm and hugged her into his arms. Just as he was about to kiss her, there was
a knock on the door.
Remington paused slightly and frowned in displeasure. Who the hell woulde to their room at this
time?
And then they heard Snow’s voicee from outside.
“Cecelia, Something’s wrong! There seems to be a fire over there!”
When they heard about the fire, Cecelia and Remington rolled out of bed at the same time, opened the
door, and saw Snow standing outside.
“Where’s the fire?”
“It seems to be over there at the main house!”
Shouting could be heard in the distance, and bright firelight could be seen from the main house. And
then they immediately ran towards the main house.
Cecelia and the others ran to the wing room of the main house and saw many servants were too busy
to put out the fire, they also saw Adam was putting out the fire too.
Remington immediately joined the fire-fighting team. Fortunately, the fire was discovered in time and it
was quickly controlled.
After putting out the fire, Adam covered his mouth and nose with a towel, took a shlight, and rushed
in to find Alfred with another servant.
The smoke and dust in the room gradually dispersed, and Adam and the others found Alfred lying on
the ground in the room.
But there was a knife stuck in the old man’s abdomen. It could be seen that Alfred was definitely not
because he was suffocated and copsed due to the fire.
“Oh my god! Master Songo! He has been killed!” The servant screamed.
“Cecelia! Come in and take a look!”
Hearing the shouts of Adam and the others, Cecelia and Remington ran into the wet wing room.
The shlight illuminated the old man on the ground. The water stains on the ground were mixed with
blood, and everyone was shocked.
“How so?”
Cecelia also didn’t expect that Alfred would be killed.
“He still has breath!”
Adam touched his pulse and felt his weak pulse beating.
“Call the ambnce! Call the police!”
Cecelia said to Remington. While she saying so, Remington had already made the call.
She knelt down and called to the old man again. “Alfred! Alfred!”
After a while, Alfred finally woke up. Hearing Cecelia’s voice, he opened his mouth as if he wanted to
speak.
“Alfred, who did this?”
Cecelia moved as close to him as possible, trying to hear clearly.
Alfred struggled to open his mouth and spit out a few words. “Joh…Johnson.”
Cecelia heard it clearly. “Johnson? Did Johnson kill you? Why did he kill you?”
“Ye…”
After the old man said a word, his head tilted to one side weakly. Cecelia put her finger under his nose
and found that he waspletely out of breath.
“What did you say? Alfred, wake up…what did you just say…”
Cecelia didn’t quite understand thest word he said. Alfred passed away suddenly, leaving her with a
big puzzle.
Cecelia heard Johnson’s name, but what was thest word he said?
Alfred died, in an unexpected way.
Cecelia led everyone out of the crime scene and told everyone. “Master Songo was killed! The fire may
caused by the murder!”
“He said Johnson’s name when he was dying. Where is he now? Did any of you see him? We need to
find out Johnson quickly! It is very likely that he killed Alfred!”
The servants were all in a panic, but they were all sure of one thing. No one had seen Johnson from
just now.
“I bumped into him when I came here just now! Now that I think about it, he must have fled in fear of
crime after killing Master Songo! I’m going to chase him now!”
After Adam said that, he ran out to chase Johnson.
Cecelia and Remington stayed where they were until the police and ambnce personnel arrived.
Unfortunately, there was no need to rescue Alfred because he was already dead.
Mr. Boris led a team to the scene. After understanding the basic facts of the case, he began to
investigate the scene.
The police investigated the scene and extracted fingerprints from the dagger on Alfred’s body. After a
preliminary identification, the forensic doctor took the body back for further examination.
Because Alfred identified Johnson before his death, moreover, and Johnson’s behavior of escaping
