But it was true that in all of Ziwei Segmentum, aside from Ziwei the Great, who was the deity believed by those in this world, it was the pce lord of Ziwei Imperial Pce who had the actual control of this Segmentum. He was the equivalent of the lord ruling this world. Just like Donghuang the Great in the Divine Prefecture, his status was unquestionably the most sovereign.
