Matthew, who was on the other end of the phone, was not surprised that Radley was with Freya. He
provocatively responded, “I might be dreaming, but you have nothing left to think about. The Marshalls
haven’t forgotten the things you’ve done.”
Worried that the two would argue, Freya frowned and urged, “Give the phone back to my brother!”
After a while, Braxton’s voice came from the phone. “Isabe is also here. Come back soon!”
Freya understood why Braxton called her. He was calling for reinforcements.

“If you seed, I’ll make your family agree to youring back to Caltun with me tomorrow.”
Chris’ voice immediately perked up as if he hade back to life. “What do you need me to do?”
“Cause trouble for the Hood Group and make Matthew leave Vroria tomorrow,” Radley instructed in an
icy tone, his expression growing equally emotionless.
There was silence on the other end for a few seconds before Chris agreed to it. “Alright, I’ll figure
something out.”
After Freya entered the residence, she saw Ashley in the living room with a resigned smile on her face.
Matthew, Isabe, Melissa, and Ryan were sitting at the table ying cards.
Freya approached Ashley and reminded her, Aunt Ashley, you should go rest.”
“I’m not tired. They’re ying Truth or Dare while drinking. I’m worried about Isabe. She has drunk
half a bottle of white wine during the dare.”
Isabe, who was in high spirits, was flushed and clearly drunk.

Ryan yawned and threw down three threes on the table. “I’m out.”

Freya massaged her temples. It was obvious that Isabe and Melissa were the most enthusiastic

Ryan and Matthew were just ying around.
She turned her head and looked at the couch not far from the card table. Matthew’s face was
completely frigid!
Isabe lost again.
Melissa thought for a moment before asking. “Truth, Dare, or drink?”
“I can’t drink anymore,” Isabe slurred. “Let’s go with Truth”

Freya helplessly walked over to Matthew. “Brax, if you care about her, why don’t you just stop her from
drinking?”
Matthew pursed his lips. “What does it have to do with me?”

Freya sat down beside him. “I won’t care either.”
“But she’s your friend!” Matthew angrily huffed.
Freya raised an eyebrow at those words. “And she’s your ex-girlfriend.”
Hearing that, Melissa thought for a moment before she suddenly asked, “Isabe, have you ever had a
boyfriend?”
Everyone present, including Matthew and Freya, was stunned.
