The Host is granted the ability to neutralize the <strong>skills</strong> of a targeted enemy. Each skill neutralized temporarily costs the Host ess to <strong>one</strong> Attribute stat per neutralized skill.
If the grade of the targeted skill exceeds the Host''s corresponding Mastery Stage, the stat cost increases <strong>tenfold</strong> for each additional grade.
Neutralization effects persist for a limited duration, which depends on the Host''s Mastery Stage:
<strong>Stage-1:</strong> 1 second
<strong>Stage-2:</strong> 10 seconds
<strong>Stage-3:</strong> 100 seconds<strong></strong><strong>Stage-4:</strong> 1000 seconds

The Unique Innate Talent allowed its host to temporarily disable the skills of a targeted enemy at the cost of temporarily sacrificing a single stat per neutralized skill. However, the cost varied based on the grade of the skill and the Mastery Stage of the host.
For skills of a grade equal to or below the host''s Mastery Stage, the cost was just one stat per skill neutralized. If the skill exceeded the host''s Mastery Stage, the cost increased tenfold.
For instance, the holder of║<strong>NEUTRALIZER║</strong>, who had <em>Stage-4 Mastery</em>, could neutralize:
An <em>Epic Grade </em>skill for 1 stat,A <em>Legend Grade</em> skill for 10 stats, andA <em>Myth Grade</em> skill for 100 stats.
If the holder reached <em>Stage-5 Mastery</em>, the cost would significantly decrease, requiring only one stat for a Legend Grade skill and 10 stats for a Myth Grade skill.
The duration of the neutralization also depended on the host''s Mastery Stage. At <em>Stage-4 Mastery</em>, the effect couldst up to 1,000 seconds. Once the effect wore off, the temporarily restricted stats would return to the host, but during the skill''s activation, those stats were inessible.
When Urzo first discovered this Unique Talent, he was ecstatic. He immediately possessed the talent''s host and conducted extensive experiments on both Alpha Chosen and monsters. None were able to escape the neutralizing effect, which solidified Urzo''s confidence in the talent.
He kept the ability a closely guarded secret, nurturing its host with meticulous care. Urzo spared no effort, providing resources to power-level the host and supplying many Enlightenment Incenses to help him break through the <em>1st Universe Limit</em> and reach <em>Stage-4 Mastery</em>. Though it took significantly more Incense than usual, the breakthrough was worth every ounce of effort.
With thebination of║<strong>NEUTRALIZER║</strong>and his own evolution toTier-5, Urzo became confident he could either defeat Jay outright or, at the very least, pressure him into making a fatal mistake—perhaps killing another Alpha Chosen and facing disqualification from the Final Tournament.
But Jay made things extremely difficult for Urzo. Despite thousands of his possessed Alpha Chosen attacking from every direction, Jay evaded their attacks with ease, all while refraining from killing anyone.
Urzo''s meticulous ns to overwhelm him failed one after another. Even thebined efforts of the Time-element user and Zeix''s spatial containment abilities proved ineffective against Jay,ying waste to Urzo''s thorough preparations.
The attempt to possess Jay''s team members and followers also ended in failure. They appeared to have some form of soul protection, making possession impossible.
When Urzo ordered his army of possessed Alpha Chosen to attack them, hoping to take them hostage before Jaypleted his Round-1 challenge, they retreated into a powerful barrier. The barrier''s strength was so formidable that even Urzo himself wasn''t confident he could break through it.
Realizing it was futile to target Jay''s allies, Urzo shifted all his efforts toward taking Jay down. Yet even possessing Wibbit—the Tournament Manager—did little to tilt the scales in Urzo''s favor.
However, Urzo had prepared contingencies. Anticipating that Jay might defeat the possessed Tournament Manager, he devised a strategy to protect his <em>Possession Seed</em>.
At the critical moment, just as Jay was about to make physical contact, Urzo withdrew the Possession Seed imnted in Wibbit. This prevented Jay from using his soul abilities to contain and destroy it.
With his increased Mastery, Urzo had developed a way to leave Possession Seed remnants hidden deep within those he controlled. These remnants allowed him to retract the seed at will and redeploy itter. It was a countermeasure specifically designed to thwart Jay''s soul abilities, which required direct contact with the individual to destroy the Possession Seed.
As expected, when Jay couldn''t find the seed in Wibbit, he let him go and turned his focus elsewhere to confirm whether Urzo truly had the ability to withdraw seeds. Though Urzo hadn''t anticipated Jay''s ability to detect the deeply hidden seed remnant, it bought him the time he needed to re-possess Wibbit and execute his <em>three-pronged final move</em>.
The first step of the n involved using his newly acquired ability to temporarily transfer his own stats to Wibbit, elevating the Tournament Manager''s power to match Urzo''s own.
The second step called for the Unique Talent holder of║<strong>NEUTRALIZER║</strong>to neutralize all of Jay''s skills. However, when the ability calcted that it would take 8,000 stats to aplish this, Urzo was left dumbfounded. The revtion that Jay possessed such an overwhelming number of skills shook him to his core.
<em>''How is it even possible for a single individual to have so many skills?''</em> Urzo thought, struggling to process the implications.
This only deepened Urzo''s desire to possess Jay, but he quickly discarded the idea. The Grade-10 soul-rted Innate Talent protecting Jay rendered such an attempt impossible. With no way to take control of him, Urzo resolved to eliminate Jay before he could grow any stronger.
Suppressing his shock, Urzo ordered the holder of║<strong>NEUTRALIZER║</strong>to neutralize all of Jay''s active skills of Rare Grade and above<strong>.</strong> This required 2,000 stats, leaving the Unique Talent holder with only 500 stats remaining while the ability stayed active.
At the same time, Urzo activated Wibbit''s strongest skill through the <em>Legend Grade War Lance</em>, unleashing an attack with power bordering on <em>Tier-6 Low-Phase</em><strong>.</strong> Just as the devastating strike was about to reach its target, Jay, who had sensed the danger and attempted to evade, Urzo executed the third and final part of his attackbo.
Thest move aimed to suppress Jay''s overwhelming stats—an aspect that posed a serious threat even without skills. Among the thousands under his control, Urzo selected twenty individuals with debuff-rted abilities that wouldn''t conflict when stacked on a single target.
Thebined debuffs stacked seamlessly, culminating in a powerful effect that reduced the target''s overall stats to <em>one-twentieth</em><strong>.</strong> However,║<strong>RECOIL MANTLE║</strong>reflected half of the debuffs'' effects back onto those who cast them. As a result, Jay''s stats were only reduced to <em>one-tenth</em>.N?v(el)B\\jnn
Even so, for most individuals, this level of suppression would leave them utterly powerless, unable to retaliate. Yet Jay, now reduced to <em>Tier-5 Low-Phase</em>, remained unyielding. Urzo, though half-anticipating resistance given Jay''s unique abilities, was still surprised to see him remain so resilient.
Urzo didn''t let this deter him. He poured every ounce of Spirit Energy into the War Lance, maintaining its relentless drilling attack aimed directly at Jay''s core.
At the same time, hemanded all those under his control to unleash a continuous barrage of ranged attacks, keeping their distance to avoid the effects of║<strong>Terror Apparition║.</strong>
Despite Urzo''s unrelenting assault, Jay''s health, though steadily depleting, seemed bottomless—like a well that refused to run dry. However, his massive regeneration could only dy the inevitable. The durability of the <strong>Centauri Kavach</strong> plummeted, dangerously close to breaking apart and turning to scrap.
