    Hannah gave him another shove. “Get out, now. In an hour, dawn will break. If my folks see you, forget


    about ever sharing this bed with me.”


    He couldn’t risk losing all future chances for a moment’s pleasure. Reluctantly, Steven got out of bed


    and dressed.


    “Make it snappy,. Don’t dilly-dally,” Hannah chided. She had never realized how much of a slowpoke


    this man was.


    Steven paused at the edge of the bed, giving Hannah a look of utter despair. “Hannah.


    “Out!” she demanded.


    Well, when a woman decided to be ruthless, there was no room left for a man.


    With a heavy heart, Steven left the Ableson residence. Once he was out of the little town, his spirits
