“Mr. Parker?” Cordy was surprised to find Jay at her door with Zoe in his arms.
She assumed that Zoe had again forgotten the security code and rang the
doorbell. It was a regr urrence, after all. Every once in a while, Zoe would
ask her for the security code again.
Besides, Zoe’s hands were usually dry and her skin easily peeled off, so they
couldn’t set up the fingerprint recognition for her.
