One had to know that it was very hard to be promoted in the military, and with no war, it was only possible to make steady progress and reach the middle ranks at over 40 years old. But this chap was only 31 years old.

“Make use of the reconnaissance satellite for detailed observation.” Lan Xiao patted Nan Cheng’s shoulders.
