    Jenny was oblivious to what was on Derrick''s mind; she would probably be speechless if she did.

    "Have you gotten used to staying in Bardoff City?" he asked, not really sure what to say but not wanting


    to hang up the call so soon.

    "Why are you suddenly asking?"

    Jenny couldn''t sense any improvement in Alec.


    Although he was very kind and gentle toward her and missed her all the time, she felt that it was
