“I know, but I have no other choice. I have a bad feeling that if I don’t do something soon, he will try to kill me. If so, I might as well try first.” Mo Xue’er spent thest few weeks in fear, and she often dreamt that Huo Siqian was stabbing her in the heart with a knife.
Huo Siqian had been surprisingly calm ever since Mo Xue’er began her revenge nst time. However, the calmer he seemed, the more it seemed to freak her out. Therefore, she wanted all of this to end.
“What’s your n?” Huo Yanyan decided to hear Mo Xue’er out – after all, this was an extremely rare chance.
“The Huo Corporation and Shen Corporation are partnering up, and Huo Siqian’s going to be meeting Shen Mingxi in one of the Shen Corporation’s private clubs. It’s going to be well-guarded there and I won’t be able to do anything. That’s where youe in.”
“How so?” Huo Yanyan didn’t know what Mo Xue’er wanted to do, so she probed carefully.
“Simple. I’ll give you something to put into Huo Siqian’s drink. You’re Shen Mingxi’s girlfriend so it’ll be easy. No one will suspect a thing.” Mo Xue’er smiled as she flicked the ash off her cigarette.
“You want me to poison Huo Siqian?” Huo Yanyan asked with surprise.
“You can say that.” Mo Xue’er nodded.
“I can’t. He’ll be meeting with Shen Mingxi, which means if something were to happen during their meeting, Mingxi and his family will be implicated. I do want revenge, but I said that I’m not going to drag him down with me.” Huo Yanyan truly cared about Shen Mingxi, or else she wouldn’t have refused so quickly.
“So it seems like you do have feelings for Shen Mingxi.” Mo Xue’er smiled.
“Anyways… I’m not getting him involved. Don’t even think about it,” Huo Yanyan reiterated and directly declined Mo Xue’er’s request.
“Don’t be so nervous. Don’t worry, I don’t n to kill him that day, and you won’t be feeding him actual poison, just aponent. He won’t die then and there.”
“What do you mean?” Huo Yanyan asked, once again confused by how cryptic Mo Xue’er was being.
“Huo Siqian’s not that easy to kill, so we’ll take this one step at a time. I will give you a type of unscented chemicalpound that has no color to feed him. He won’t feel anything, and it’s not deadly… Huo Siqian’s been taking migraine medicine for years, once the chemicalpound is mixed with his medicine, it will slowly kill him in about two weeks.”
“So that’s your n…” Huo Yanyan finally understood.
“What do you think? It’s a perfect n, no?” Mo Xue’er smiled proudly.
“But… will it work? How can you be sure that he’s still taking the medicine?” Huo Yanyan was still worried; Mo Xue’er’s n seemed risky.
“Don’t worry about that, I’ve been with him for years so I’m sure about these little things. He will never stop taking his migraine medicine, so all we have to do is feed him the chemicalpound. Oh, and you don’t have to worry about Shen Mingxi being poisoned, it only works if you take it with his migraine medicine. So, I suggest that you put it in a teapot or something. No one will suspect a thing if they both drink it.”
