    Aurora froze and maintained a polite smile. “Since Vicky has gone to get changed, why don’t you go

    “You’re not someone who doesn’t know boundaries, and you’re not one to enjoy stirring up trouble. You


    suddenly showed up to me today, and our meetings have always been perfectly timed to cause trouble.


    This can’t just be a coincidence, can it?”


    The car was dimly lit. Vicky sat in the back seat, unable to discern Chris’ expression.
