    Chapter 1353 You’re Pregnant, Can’t Do That


    Gilbert had been working in the room. Theputer was on in front of him, with some documents next


    to it. When they came in, he was writing on a piece of paper. After hearing what Kelvin said, he put


    down the pen in his hand and looked at Kisa, seemingly checking to see if she was injured.

    Kelvin red at her. “I have guts and am not afraid of the dark. Gracie is afraid of the dark.”


    Kisa snickered and said to Gilbert, “Did you hear that? He said he has a lot of guts. So how about we


    take him to that famous haunted house when we get back to Calthon?”


    “No.” Gilbert refused outright. “You are pregnant. You can’t do that.”


    “Right, right, right…” Kelvin quickly nodded his head. “You are pregnant and can’t y that kind of


    thrilling and exciting game.”


    “But…” Gilbert added, “You can instead watch us y outside.”


    Kelvin’s face sank. “You can’t bully me like that.”


    Kisa giggled and said, ” All right, you go get some rest. Tomorrow, treat Vivian as usual.”


    “But she…” Kelvin wanted to say something, but after ncing at Gilbert, he pursed his lips and chose


    not to say it. “You guys get some rest, too. I’ll go to my room now.”


    After Kelvin left, Gilbert pulled Kisa into his arms. “Kelvin was hesitating to say something just now. Did


    something happen to you guys in Vivian’s room?”

    “Well, true. You’d hate me if I pissed you off.” While speaking, he drew close to her and gently kissed


    her in the nape of her neck.


    Kisa wrapped her arms around his neck and suddenly noticed a phenomenon; since the time Lea came


    to talk to her, she and Gilbert seemed to reconcile tacitly, with him treating her with utmost care and


    tenderness and her epting it as a matter of course, and the two of them no longer mentioning those


    sad things from the past.
