    Kisa frowned. ‘Who is it this time? Jolina and Peter looked at her with faces full of suspicion. “You guys


    go ahead. I’ll go get the door,” she chuckled. When she opened the door, her heart trembled. It was not


    just anyone at the door; it was Gilbert. She had not seen him for two days after their morning fight.

    in a low voice. With that said, she turned around and walked into the house. Gilbert followed her

    frowned in displeasure. He did not expect her house to be so lively. Fortunately, Jolina was there.

    thing as him,” he said.

    Kooper, I haven’t touched these yet. You can have it if you’re hungry.”


    Peter frowned fiercely. He quickly pushed the te to him and said, “Mr. Kooper must’ve eaten since


    you came here sote. But, you should eat it since you’re so skinny!”

    show up, I would have made more food,’ she thought.


    Hearing what the man had said, Kisa did not try to refute it and continued to eat breakfast. There was a


    hint of awkwardness in the air. Jolina hung her head without saying a word, feeling uneasy. Only Peter


    was feasting like normal. No one spoke for a long time. Kisa could not take it anymore. So, she looked


    at Peter and said, “Are there any fun things to do in Oceanville?”


    “There are tons of interesting things to do and ces to go there. The scenery is also pretty amazing,”


    Peter replied, raising his eyebrows as he looked at her. “Why? Are you nning to go there?”
