The Little Blood Bank’s ident at the Ning family estate,bined with witnessing Ning Shen’s crime, initially raised suspicions that Ning Shen had killed him to silence him.

She nodded in agreement but, due to her professional interest, remained curious about Ning Shen. “This seems like an antisocial personality disorder. His mother’s extreme control likely yed a significant role in shaping his personality.”
“He’s a psycho,” Feng Jue said, his disdain for Ning Shen evident.
Gu Yang shared Feng Jue’s feelings. Ning Shen was both sickly and terrifyingly paranoid, his indifference to life and cold-bloodedness made him a figure of fear. Hisck of moral boundaries was deeply troubling.
“But it must be tough on Ning Gui,” Gu Yang remarked. She could see that Ning Gui and Mrs. Ning lived in constant fear of Ning Shen. Despite their public prominence, they were forced to endure Ning Shen’s oppressive presence within the Ning family. A misstep could easily lead them to suffer the same fate as Ning Shen’s victims.
