    Harper hurried downstairs and saw several luxury cars parked outside.


    Some of the windows were open, and pack guards in ck were sitting inside. She recognized at a


    nce that they were Jackson’s men.


    Harper thought that Jackson had left long ago. She admired his persistence.


    She knocked on the car window, but there was no response. On the contrary, a Sterling pack guard got
