Still, Sebastian had insisted on having her refer to Philip as her father too, so she had no choice but to

then, but never to the point where he considers marriage. You''re right. Uncle Paul and Dad have a
fairlyrge age gap. Dad''s 12 years older than Uncle Patrick, and Uncle Patrick''s 12 years older than
Uncle Paul, so that means Dad''s 24 years older than Uncle Paul. He''s even old enough to be Uncle

"So, that means Uncle Paul should be about 40 years old, right?" Madeline remarked. "It''s not toote
for him to get married."
Sebastian chuckled. "Look at you getting so involved. Dad has been urging his brothers to get married
for decades now, but both my uncles are still single despite that. So what if Uncle Paul''s still fairly
young? None of that matters if he doesn''t meet the right person."
"Well, that''s true," Madeline said after a pause before sighing.
"I just think it''s a pity. Uncle Patrick and Uncle Paul seem like great men. I wish they could have a
happy family of their own too."
"You''ll never truly know what someone else''s life is like if you''re not them," Sebastianmented. "You
may think that having a happy family is what makes your life fulfilling, but for some people, marriage is
a prison, or where love goes to die. Marriage can be a blessing if you meet the right person, but it can
also be a curse if you meet the wrong one. Marriage isn''t for everyone. Perhaps you think that Uncle
Patrick and Uncle Paul will be lonely without a wife and children. Look at them now, though. They''re
living life to the fullest and traveling all over the world, from the Arctic Circle to Antarctica, and even the
Himyas. They can go wherever they want whenever they want, but do you think they would be able
to live such a carefree life if they had a wife and children?"

After giving it some thought, Madeline nodded and said, "Okay. I admit that I was only looking at it from
my perspective."
"Since you''re so concerned about Uncle Patrick and Uncle Paul, why don''t you help them more
realistically?" Sebastian caressed Madeline''s hair as he stared at her with a meaningful smile.
"Something more realistic?" Madeline had a serious look in her eyes. "Is there something I can do for
Uncle Patrick and Uncle Paul? Tell me! Whatever it is, as long as it''s something within my power, I''ll be
sure to give it my best!"
She had been feeling a little restless and uneasy after receiving suchvish gifts from the two men, so
she jumped at the opportunity to do something for them in return.
"Yes, there is! You''ll be able to do it…" Sebastian pressed her down and caged her in as he exined
with a smile, "Uncle Patrick and Uncle Paul said they need sessors to take over from them…"
Madeline turned bright red.

Sebastian managed to convince the boys to sleep in their room back at Sun Garden, but although they

two adorable little girls who look just like you…"
Sebastian chuckled once more. "I can already imagine how perfect it would be!"
His heart was melting at the thought of it.
Madeline didn''t know what to say. "It might be quite hard to fulfill that wish of yours."

The stupefied look on her face made Sebastianugh. He pinched her cheek gently and said, "I''m just
kidding! It''s not like we can rush into this. It''s enough that we have Aldo and Buddy to please Dad. We
can just let nature take its course."
After a pause, he continued, "It was the same for my grandmother. She let nature take its course and
ended up giving birth to my two uncles. Back then, people thought that having more children meant that
the family was more blessed, and a lot of them gave birth to seven or eight kids, but it was hard for my
grandmother to get pregnant. There was a 12-year gap between each of her pregnancies. I think that''s

"Yeah." Madeline nodded. "I think that''s great too."
With a gap like that, the parents could still immerse themselves in the joy of having children while also
being able to focus on their careers as well instead of spending all of their time on their children.
"Oh, right." Sebastian changed the subject. "I''ll take you and the kids back tomorrow. I cleared my
schedule."
Madeline was bringing the two children back to Wendel City tomorrow. They would be staying there
until the wedding.
"It''s fine. You don''t need to," Madeline said. "Hanson said he''ll take us back to Wendel City. If you take
us back, you''ll still have toe back here. That would be too exhausting for you. We can just leave
with Hanson instead."
"Hanson?" Sebastian asked. "Hanson Taylor?"
Madeline nodded. "Hanson treats me well and he adores Aldo and Buddy too. You don''t have to worry
about anything since he''ll apany us."
Sebastian thought about it before saying, "Alright."
The wedding was approaching. Even though his subordinates could handle most of the work for him,
there were still things he wanted to supervise himself. He could spend more time on wedding
preparations if he stayed in Dusktown, which was a good thing.
"Since we''ll be apart from tomorrow onward, we must make the most of tonight…" Sebastian kissed
Madeline on the lips and murmured in a sensuous tone, "Come… Let''s spend the night reaffirming our
feelings, lest the distance turns us into strangers…"
