    Seeing Yuga and the Chatot chatting away,pletely ignoring him, Butler''s expression turned sour.


    "Smence! methrower!"


    Butler knew the Chatot wouldn''t cooperate, so heunched an attack without hesitation.


    As the Smence''s methrower headed towards Yuga, Chimecho instantly appeared in front of him, erecting a transparent light barrier to block the attack.


    Despite conversing with the Chatot, Yuga''s attention had always been on Butler.


    Butler attempted another attackmand, but Chimecho had already used Teleport to appear directly above the Smence.


    The Gravity skill was activated instantly.


    Chimecho''s Gravity skill, enhanced by half of a Deoxys Energy Core, was too much for the Smence, even though it was only level 52. It struggled to move as if it were stuck in a quagmire, restricted from every angle.


    However, this was just the beginning of the restraints imposed by Chimecho''s Gravity. Immediately afterward, the Dragonair descended from the sky, delivering a fierce blow to the Smence''s head with a Dragon Tail.


    All of this happened in just a few seconds.


    Both Chimecho and the Dragonair made a single attack and retreated instantly, creating distance between themselves and the Smence.


    Damn it! I got yed!


    Butler inwardly cursed as he finally focused on the young man before him.


    No wonder he could dine with Mr. Genos; I underestimated him!


    Butler had been arrogant, relying on his Smence, looking down on everyone, but he had never expected such a big setback.


    The Smence groaned and shook its head as it climbed back to its feet. It red angrily at Chimecho and the Dragonair, floating side by side in front of Yuga.


    "Smence, Dragon Breath!"


    The Smence vibrated its wings and flew into the air, opening its mouth to release a green Dragon Breath aimed at both the Dragonair and Chimecho.


    Chimecho stopped above the Dragonair''s head and quickly erected another light barrier, blocking the Dragon Breath. Immediately afterward, Dragonair''s Thunderbolt shot out swiftly.


    Dragonair''s Thunderbolt was incredibly fast, like a nimble dragon of lightning. It bit into the Smence.


    Thus, the two dragon-type Pokémon engaged in an intense aerial battle.


    Chimecho didn''t do anything except hover quietly around Dragonair''s head, continuously using Light Screen and Reflect to defend against all attacks.


    Even though Dragonair wasn''t in its final form and was of a lower level than the Smence, it gradually began to lose ground in the fight.


    Finally, under the Dragonair''s Dragon Tail, Smence was knocked to the ground once more.


    Smence, covered in injuries, crawled back to its feet. It felt extremely aggrieved and roared angrily at Chimecho and the Dragonair hovering above.


    "You''re stronger than I thought!"


    Butler stared at Yuga with a malicious expression and then summoned a Dusclops, a ghost-type Pokémon.


    If only I had summoned the Dusclops earlier, I wouldn''t have stumbled here! Butler thought.

    Hmph, you thought my Chimecho was only for support?


    After defeating the Dusclops, Chimecho used Teleport to return to Dragonair''s head.

    Yuga gave the Chatot a meaningful look. "I never noticed before, but you''re quite ruthless, aren''t you? You''re talking about killing once you open your mouth."


    Feeling uneasy under Yuga''s scrutiny, the Chatot huffed, "Fine, I won''t talk. Do as you like!"


    Faced with Yuga''s questioning, Butler kept a stern expression and refused to utter a word, ring at Yuga angrily.


    Seeing that he was being stubborn, Yuga turned away and collected the Smence and the Dusclops, both of which had lost their fighting capabilities.


    "Oh no!"


    Just then, the Chatot suddenly cried out.


    Yuga quickly turned around to see a blond woman wearing red jacket and a Kirlia appearing beside Butler.


    Immediately after that, Kirlia used Teleport, disappearing with the two individuals.


    Chimecho quickly fired a Shadow Ball at them, but the woman and Kirlia had appeared too suddenly, and Chimecho''s attack was toote.


    Damn, I let my guard down!


    Yuga kicked a stone angrily from beneath his feet.


    Why don''t my own Pokémon know this Mean Look moves? I''ve been caught off guard like this before!


    "That woman is Diane!" the Chatot shouted.


    "Do you know her? Are they allies?" Yuga asked.


    The Chatot replied, "Diane is Butler''s childhood friend and also his girlfriend. They used to be in the circus together!"


    "Do they have any background?" Yuga continued to inquire.


    After thinking for a moment, the Chatot said, "Background? Probably not! Both of them seem toe from ordinary backgrounds."


    Yuga still looked incredulous. "Are you sure you''re not fooling me? Ordinary people having a Smence? And a Kirlia?"


    The Chatot argued, "Can''t they have some extraordinary encounters? You have a Dragonair yourself, as well as Ralts, Kirlia, and Gardevoir. I don''t see you having such an impressive background!"


    Yuga remained skeptical.
