<h4>Chapter 31: Arrival Of The Pokémon Eggs</h4>


    The delivery truck carrying the Pokémon eggs from Day Care Center arrived at YoYo Day Care around midday the next day. At that time, Yuga was in the kitchen preparing lunch.


    The deliveryman for the Pokémon eggs was named Larry. He was a middle-aged man in his forties and an experienced employee of Day Care Center. It was said that he had delivered goods to YoYo Day Care before, but Yuga didn''t remember him.


    Of course, Larry was aware of the recent events involving Yuga parents, so he was extra cautious this time.


    Larry seemed quite enthusiastic and immediately asked Yuga where to ce the Pokémon eggs, offering to help move them into the shop.


    "Little Yuga, where should we put these Pokémon eggs?"


    Yuga wouldn''t refuse help when it was offered.


    "Oh, Larry,e with me."


    Yuga led Larry into the shop and pointed to the cabs for the Pokémon eggs.


    "All the eggs should be ced in these cabs."


    Yuga opened the ss on top of the cabs and showed Larry how to ce the eggs on the cushion inside.


    "I see, once you open it like this, you can just ce the eggs on this cushion inside."


    These cabs had been modified by the system, and the ss on top used to disy and protect the eggs could be opened, making it easier to refill with new eggs.


    "I see. Your shop seems different from before."


    Larry looked around the shop.


    Yuga smiled and said to Larry, "Yes, we just finished renovating it recently."


    "Indeed, the renovation looks great."


    "Thank you."


    "Little Yuga, how about we open all the ss covers first before moving the eggs? It might be a bit tricky to hold the eggs while opening the ss."


    Larry suddenly thought of something and suggested.


    Yuga considered it and realized that holding the eggs while opening the ss wasn''t very convenient.


    "Yes, you''re right. Let''s do it your way."


    So, the two of them opened all the ss covers on the cabs before going outside to move the eggs.


    Since the eggs were fragile, they had to be extremely careful while moving them, which slowed down their progress.


    Halfway through their task, Aunt Hisako, Uncle Kurosaki, and their child arrived.


    "Little Yuga, why didn''t you call us to help with this!"


    Aunt Hisako reproached Yuga.


    "Aunt, aren''t you all supposed to be at work today? Why did youe over?"


    Yuga asked in confusion.


    Hisako: "Don''t you even know what time it is? It''s already noon. Don''t people usually have lunch break at work?"


    "Haha, I didn''t realize."


    Yuga scratched the back of his head awkwardly, looking a bit silly.


    He had been so busy moving the eggs that he forgot it was already lunchtime.


    Hisako: "You haven''t made lunch yet. Husband, go help them. I''ll go prepare the meal."


    Uncle Kurosaki: "Sure, you go ahead."


    After Hisako finished speaking, she went straight to the kitchen. As for Luna, by the time they had arrived, she had already chased after Floette and Chimecho and who knows where they had gone.


    With the three of them working together, the speed of moving the eggs indeed increased. In no time, all the Pokémon eggs were safely ced inside the cabs, and the ss covers were closed.


    The defective eggs were ced separately in another cab, separated from the others.


    After they finished moving the eggs, Aunt Hisako hadn''t finished making lunch yet, but Uncle Kurosaki made a round and said:


    "Little Yuga, your shop renovation is really nice. It must have cost quite a bit."


    Yuga definitely couldn''t say that he didn''t spend a penny, so he lied: "It''s alright, didn''t cost much. We found someone my parents knew to do it, and they only charged us the cost price."


    "I see. I didn''t expect your brother and sister-inw to know someone so skilled in renovations."


    Thankfully, Uncle Kurosaki didn''t inquire further, or Yuga wouldn''t know how to continue the lie.


    "Uncle Larry, why don''t you stay and have lunch here before heading back?"


    Yuga said to Larry, who was sweating profusely.


    Larry seemed like an honest person who was really diligent when it came to work.


    While moving the Pokémon eggs, it seemed like Larry alone was managing more than both Yuga and Uncle Kurosakibined.


    Mainly because neither Yuga nor Uncle Kurosaki had much experience with this kind of work, so they were quite unustomed to it.


    Uncle Kurosaki was a typical office worker, handling paperwork and business deals in hispany. He hadn''t done any physically demanding tasks.


    As for the original owner, he waszy and physically weak, not suited forbor-intensive activities at all.


    So, the two of them together weren''t as efficient as Larry alone.


    Upon hearing Yuga invitation, Mr. Larry hesitated.


    "How could I impose like that."


    Yuga: "There''s no imposition. You''ve helped me with so much work. It wouldn''t be right if I didn''t offer you a meal before you leave. It''s me who should feel bad."


    Uncle Kurosaki quickly chimed in, "Yes, it''s just a meal. It''s not a big deal. Just stay and have lunch."


    Finally, after Yuga and Uncle Kurosaki sincere invitations, Mr. Larry stayed for lunch before leaving in his car.


    After Aunt Hisako and the others left following Mr. Larry departure, they were quite busy too, so they left as well. They still had work to do in the afternoon, and Luna had to go to school.


    Luna was currently attending the Trainer Junior School in the town, a specialized institution for training young Trainers.


    The original owner had also attended this school, but his grades had never been good, and he wasn''t particrly interested in bing a Trainer after graduation.


    Unlike the original owner, Luna had always been fond of Pokémon and was determined to be an outstanding Trainer.


    One could tell from the fact that she was always chasing after Floette. She truly loved Pokémon, although her approach towards them was quite unique.


    Despite being only six years old, Luna was much more ambitious than the original owner. She consistently excelled in school and was truly a pride of both families.


    After Aunt Hisako and the others left, Yuga looked at the neatly arranged Pokémon eggs in the shop and felt an indescribable sense of aplishment.


    From now on, YoYo Day Care was officially on the right track.


    Since the eggs had just arrived, Yuga didn''t n to open for business immediately in the afternoon. He decided to take the Pokémon out to the backyard for training.


    Currently, Yuga had six Pokémon that needed training: Floette, Absol, Chimecho, Murkrow, Vulpix, and Houndour.


    Although Murkrow and the others weren''t his main battle Pokémon, being residents of the Ecopark, they still needed to have decent strength.


    A Pokémon potential was influenced by the strength of its parents. The stronger the previous generation Pokémon were, the higher the chances of producing offspring with high potential.
